We didn't eat any food. This Starbucks has a friendly staff that communicates well. They run like a well oiled machine.
Have only visited once so I can't guarantee consistency, but the baristas were very nice and worked quickly despite us bringing... a group of over 5+ in during morning peak hours. Cashier was lovely and drinks were great. Read more

Always great items in menu and amazing customer service. My husband has told them giving me the most bad but good tasting drink... that's not too sweet and they did a bomb job and they do amazing with special drinks. Read more
Went in this morning through the drive thru as I usually do (at least 2x a week) I have been ordering the SAME drink for over a... year, and I get it every time I go. I ordered a venti iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso with extra ice and saltedcaramel foam. When I received the drink, there was no foam. I parked and took it inside, the male behind the counter looks at meand says ?is there a problem.? And I show him there?s no foam and he says ?I made it to standard, since it?s a shaken espressothe foam gets mixed into the drink.? First of all, no it doesn?t, unless every other barista makes it wrong, secondly, the foamis an added ingredient so how is that ?standard.? There was 1/3 room left in my cup for foam that wasn?t there. Then he gets anattitude saying ?I?ll remake it but I have to use less ice.? No you don?t!! Just add the foam. I left with no foam because I?drather not deal with his attitude. I spend hundreds on this company and specific location monthly. They always spell my name wrong. Which every place usually does anyways, but the employees are always nice and not rude. Plus... they always get my drink right when I tell them to not put a lot of ice in it. They also make it tasty! Read more
Nice and clean like almost all the Starbucks I have visited. This one is fairly large inside. Most people use the drive thru. I... like to go inside. Bathrooms were very clean. The staff are very nice. Lots of outdoor seating too. Read more
On Sunday morning Dec. 27, I ordered a two drinks and a breakfast sandwich for my husband 25 mins before we showed up. He went... in and asked if they had a order for Mariah. And was told no they don't and when he asked what's the status on it. A rudegentleman told my husband that mariah would get a notification when it's ready. And my husband told him that he is there to pickit up for me. And the gentleman said it again Mariah will get a notification when it's ready and completely ignore my husband.And the manager was working right next to him. Didn't correct him for talking in a demeanor way. Just bad service on time andfor being rude to my husband. We are local and never usually have problems on being late, but bad customer service and rudenessand being late on top of it and the manager not accepting responsibility to step in. And let the employee talk like that isreally worrying. It's not about feelings just but bad service and rudeness and there was no apology for being late or badservice. And plus my drink was horribly made. I would rather drive to the 82 one usually has better customer service andwelcoming. I would just do a check of complaints on this store though thank you.
