My wife had a taste for banana nut bread & white chocolate mocha coffee this was about 9:30 am so we went to the store on 82nd (... not as crowded as cache Rd) when we got there the drive-through was out it order, went inside, a little busy, I made my orderfor (2) two. had to wait about ten minutes, when I received my order it was for (1) one, so I questioned why that happened, theshort female with the Multiple hair colors was very agitated and develop an attitude with the question, so I waited anadditional 10 minutes and got my order sarcastically and with a roll of the eyes?my wife & I are 65 yrs young & a veteran of 25+yrs service, there was no respect or courtesy given very poor customer service? How are the Starbucks on Cache Road, and the Starbucks on 82nd both out of white chocolate syrup? I might get in the mood to... have coffee from a coffee company 2 or 3 times a year, and of course Starbucks of all places doesn't even have a white chocolatemocha. Read more
My iced lattes always taste like milk at this location, idk if they?re not adding the correct amount of espresso for the size it... is or what they?re doing wrong. I prefer my coffee to taste like coffee, not sugar water. Read more

I have to say, it by all means the best Starbucks I've been too. The service is always fantastic, and my drinks are always made... with love. I've never had a drink with a dead espresso shot nor a waterdown frappuccino. Everytime I go, its quick, friendly andfresh! Read more
When i pay $12 for two drinks and my java chip was watered down and did not have any chocolate drizzle at all. And then there... was only one employee trying to handle everything when three more come out from the break room when the service slowed down.Worst service at a Starbucks ever, I will not be returning to this one. Ordered 2 sandwiches and a venti drink. After I had already played for it and had been waiting for a minute they came over and... told me they only had one of the sandwiches. So they offered to get me something else instead so ok. Chose a different sandwich.Then about 5 min later they came over and told me they didn't have the ingredients to make my drink... aggravating. I have been a customer and they way they treated my and my child. ???????? I buy sugar free syrup one every two months and... (coffee at least every day) they called me a liar when the manager said they had one ready for me.
