Shocked that the drive thru was closed. Went inside. Everything dirty. No one in line but 4 people working and no one steps... up to take my order. It seemed like they were hoping I left. I've been to many Starbucks across the United States and also worked in one when I was 18. This particular Starbucks has a... barista Levi. Who literally just opened my eyes to trying any frappuccino with vanilla cream. That's the customer service thatyou want and the suggestions that make a difference trying new spots. Read more

Second time they gave me the wrong drink. First time was in drive through and the second was inside. When I asked her about... the order she said no I was wrong. Slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I went through the drive thru and waited for almost 20 min for five cars in front of me... to go through. They will only let one car go through at a time. Don?t go here if you expect a quick cup of coffee. Read more
