I come in once a week to this store because it is close to one of my patient?s houses. The young teenage boys that work here,... are rude and have no customer service skills whatsoever! Today was the last straw when the kid THREW my card at me and thenTHREW my receipt at me. Hidden gem. I have lived within walking distance of this Subway for over a year now and only realized they were actually open a... few weeks ago. We've eaten a lot of Subway from there since. They are without a doubt the best Subway I've seen in YEARS. Ireally don't see how they could get any better. Read more
Customers waiting to make an order should be given priority over online orders. Watched an entire family leave after standing... and not being helped for 10 minutes. There are 3 people working here and they just silently are making online orders. The maleemployee said "they left? Cant they see we are busy?", after the family got tired of waiting. Store definitely needs helpprioritizing whats important. I'm only still here because I placed mine online for the discount. Giant got my food and it wasunbelievably disgusting, wet, garlic,plastic.
