The food was ok, the usual Subway fare, but the rest of the experience pretty much sucked. Since when are we required to tip... Subway sandwich makers? Or any other sandwich makers for that matter? I?m already paying inflated prices for the food which Ihave to stand in line forever to get waited on by a Subway employee with a VERY bad attitude who took forever and was extremelyrude to me. Then they sold us small drinks but didn?t have any lids and looked at us like oh well. Poor service indeed and then$64 for lunch for four people and I?m asked to tip them when I almost had to make it myself. I don?t think so!!! Update: thisplace redeemed itself on my wedding day! Of course the two workers were male employees this time and were super courteous! Theyprepared two large sandwich trays in a beautiful presentation and gave us a large platter of fresh baked cookies for no charge!Then they carried the whole order out to our vehicle! I ordered a salad. She said ee don't have salads. What? Ended up ordering a protein bowl. I asked how many meats since I was not... familiar with it. You can have 6. I ordered BMT. I also said turkey. Was charged 2 extra for turkey. What I thought I coukd have6 meats. Bowl was good, but left confused. Also, put salad fixings on top not the bottom. Read more
Didn't get a chance to try anything from this Subway, because the sandwich shop ran out of BREAD! How does this even happen?! ... Blaming it on Memorial Day when it is the Friday before. This is just poor planning and management!! Read more

I placed my order on the app, giving them extra time to prepare. When I got there, my order was not ready. I asked Kyle and he... said give me a moment, as he was finishing up a customer. Figuring that my sandwiches were done. He finished up, and thenBEGAN to make my order. I've never had an issue placing an order on the app. He then started to read the ticket and started thetuna sub, and read the other one which was the Baja steak and Jack. He then casually stated i don't even know what that is, tossed my ticket and bread to the side and started to help the people in line. Completely ignoring me. After waiting 10 minutesinside, I was beginning to be a little frustrated. I asked why to which he explained that they didn't have the baja which wasfine, however he could have offered an alternative. I've placed orders that were not available at other locations and they'vealways called me to explain and ask if there were an alternative. I guess Kyle figured that despite placing my order nearly 45minutes in advance was too much for Kyle to handle. Kyle really needs to work on his customer service. And professionalism. In years past, this was the worst Subway in Lawton. However, they have completely turned the place around. I won't go to any... other location in town. Today, Sep 10th, the 2 ladies working were a delight. I saw one name tag that said Janae and the otheryoung lady. Quick, polite and the beat sandwich that I've had in awhile. Keep up the good work!!
