I often submit large orders online and then pickup at the drive-thru. They get my orders right and make things easy.
They were very accommodating to my dairy allergy. I had ordered at the kiosk so I was not able to make a note of my dairy... allergy. Once I received Mexican pizza you could see cheese on it from the utensil they use to cut them. The remade it, and hebrought it back out and said he washed all items before making it. I would have been completely ok with it even uncut, so theywent above and beyond. Food was great and I appreciate their kindness. Read more
Ordered a dozen soft tacos, they put all of them in the box upside-down. I will never eat at taco bell, again. This is why none... of you deserve 15.00 an hour! Nothing amusing about intentionally messing up a customer's supper. Read more
The comment below had the same issue as me, asked for a quesadilla, the girl asked me if I wanted the jalapeño sauce, i said... yes and didn?t even receive it in my bag. Every food preparer wears gloves to protect the public. The food is great and the staff even greater! UPDATE: Taco Bell on... Sheridan made some changes. Most of them are aesthetic. The restaurant looks even better. And the staff was so friendly. Oneyoung lady, I wish I could remember her name, had answers for every question we had. (The one on the right). She knew all thefood changes and what came in and with an order. The other young lady was behind the counter but I can say she is quick with asmile, and has a good sense of humor. Actually the whole staff was grand. The General Manager was very nice also. I toldhim how much I liked this Taco Bell and he was very gracious in thanking me. Read more
I have finally decided that today was the last time I will visit this location. I cannot remember the last time that there... wasn't something wrong with my order. From missing items, items made incorrectly, not having food, and being short changed atthe drive thru on more than one occasion, I can honestly say this is the worst Taco Bell I have ever visited and they earn thatspot repeatedly.
