Placed an order through the app on Friday night. When we got it home we realized that multiple items were missing. Tried going... through the app and website to submit the problem multiple times but it would never let me submit once I got to the end. Triedcalling the store a couple times Friday night couldn't ever get an answer. Tried again Saturday and Sunday during the day andall I could get was a busy signal. I haven't had the time to sit down and just call over and over all day. Should have stuckwith my regular location instead of going to this one because it was closer to me at the time. Read more
Worst experience I've ever had at a taco bell. Ordered through Doordash and they left out 2 whole meals out of 4. Wife called... and the guy working there on 9/22/22 argued with my wife. Then before 10:30am told her he can't do anything because he's theonly one there and isn't serving breakfast. So out 2 meals, one for our soldier we're visiting. Last time I order at a tacobell. Get better employees that check the order before sending it out and know customer service. I've been in customer service21 years and by far the rudest employee I've ever witnessed! Read more
Great employees, Ive been stuck in line for 55 mins. The employee said that the manager put more employees on day shift instead... of night shift. So whomever did the schedules sucks. It seems that catering to intoxicated individuals lowers your expectations for any other customer after 10pm. When I tried to... order an additional item at the window. I was told that doing that was against policy. So, I just drove back into theline............. then you closed? When do you close at 2am on Friday's? I am flabbergasted at how frequently this location gets my order wrong. As a night owl I frequently visit Taco Bell for a late... dinner but after the repeated mistakes, I am now going to save myself money and gas and make bologna sandwiches at home. ThisTaco Bell has fallen so low that I would rather have the consistency of a bologna sandwich instead of the cruel surprise ofanother wrong order. Read more
