Me and my fiance ate here yesterday. Well let just say the experience was one of the worst . From the people and atmosphere to... the horrible food . The employee were rather rude and not one had a welcoming smile or much less really a word to say except "what you want" We ordered were handed our cups and there was no ice and the soda machine was not working properly. We finallyreceived our food after the two people after us received there's. It was super cold my fiance taco burger had green meat andwhat appeared to be a Lugi in it . It was so disgusting I mean I pretty much would eat anything. But,I could not stomach this.Several hours later and my finance is sick with food poisoning. And I'm getting a little touch myself from literally one or twobites of there food. I would be weary of eating here . I would not recommend unless you plan to be sick for a few days. Read more
Great short handed staff. They had a few call-ins, you could tell but the two ladies were delightful
Horrible experience does not deserve 1 star. Walked in and noone acted like they wanted to work. Explained our order several... times to the kid, order was all wrong so my husband went up explained not one but 5 times to I guess the manager and noone iswearing name tags, all she kept telling him was the burrito had onions, the kid rang up a taco with onions, the order was #1with a taco, 2 soft tacos no lettuce, # 4 as is with 2 extra tacos.. Got the #1 and the soft tacos and the bean burrito, so heexplained again, he needed the #4 with 2 extra tacos so he got upset and asked for a refund after explaining multiple times. we still got our food which no onions on the burrios, and no seasoning on the locos. And the tacos were sick looking, Yes wegot a refund and the food but the guy who was ringing up in the lobby was horrible, maybe if he didnt have a earbud in maybe hewould have listened better. So finally after getting yelled at the order was corrected, all they needed to make was a beanburrito and 2 tacos without the argument! Don't waste your gas or money. Read more
4/1/22- Sad how a place can just completely bellyflop in a couple months.... I used to love coming because they had homemade... tortillas they are no longer making homemade tortillas and I can tell because the tortillas they have taste like bleach behindthe counter the floors had tomatoes and lettuce everywhere it was filthy the two people that were working or chatting andlaughing around it took 28 minutes for the boy to ring up four bean burritos and four supreme tacos and make the order and giveit to me 10 of those minutes was him trying to ring up the order and the rest of the time 18 minutes was making it and he hadsomeone helping him it took him 5 minutes to go back and get sour cream because they ran out in the middle of making the orderthat was the worst experience I've ever had there and there was two I'm assuming managers they had green shirts on both of themvery rude neither one of them asked if we needed help well if they needed help not me I mean didn't even like tell me they weresorry for taking so long or anything so my daughter who also has loved Taco Mayo for years beg me not to go there in the firstplace but I said let's just give him one more chance and when I brought the food home and she saw the little dab of beans we hadon her bean burritos she said I told you not to go there and I said don't worry we will not be going back I love this Taco Mayobecause it's the only one in Lawton with the Fresh-Mex.... They have homemade flour tortillas homemade salsa homemade guacamoleand it is wonderful all of it they used to have the best staff when Tammie was the manager and then Tonya took over as managerand it was great and there was the Hispanic girl with the glasses I forgot her name OMG but now and this was all about three orfour years ago but now the ones working in there are so young and they're very rude and disrespectful but that's just how thisyounger generation is Read more
