This place gets super busy on hotter days and this location is minimal staffed. They have a manager, drive thru worker/ meal... preper, and one person making smoothies. This is the first time I tried Tropical Smoothie Cafe with my family. They were slammedwith about 5-8 cars in their drive thru and several ppl inside. The two staff members on the line were doing there best to pushmeals and drinks out, but were struggling. The manager was not assisting them at all and was off in the back or outside for the45min period we waited. Not sure what kind of manager walks out on a busy day when drive thru orders were taking 13+ minutes.Drinks came out good and those two girls kept working diligently and maintained their cool with grouchy customers.
