Uhm I went about 20 minutes before close time and the Lobby was closed. We stood outside waiting for someone to address us and... then they yelled at us to drive. Asked for a TURKEY bacon ranch sandwich with no lettuce or tomatoes. Cashier has no idea what there doing. Ordered 3 smoothies. Not only did it take forever for them to make our order, they neglected to inform us they where out of... fruit and sugar. Our smoothies tasted horrible. Went back in for a refund the staff and manager are all very rude, slamming theregister and having an overall bad attitude. Don't waste your time here it's obvious they don't care. Read more
Employee joey is a rude employee. I asked him a simple question about if my drink was the right drink because it did not taste... like the drink i always get. His respons is he shrugged his shoulders and then yelled i dont know, im busy. Is this how wereally talk to customers?!!! I usually love this place but haven't been in a while. I went today for lunch through the drive through and not only was the... server incredibly rude with the "is that all?" after every single thing I said, but I got back to my office(about a 5-10 minutedrive away) only to discover my "smoothie" was just slightly thick juice. It's all watered down and a bit bitter until I stirredit myself because it didn't look mixed at all. I've been here plenty of times before and never really had any problems,disappointed today. They never get your order right. Go across town to the Sheridan location if you want to get what you paid for. Ordered a Chia... Banana Boost but it didn't taste right. Looked at the lable and sure enough.... Read more
Great place for a healthy n tasty meal n beverage. Highly recommend the smoothies (ask for no sugar) n the breakfast southwest... wrap. Try their salad bowls too, delicious Thai salad bowl. ???? Read more
Jeff took my order at the register today and not only answered my one question but educated me on the smoothies and even made me... one with and without Splenda to sample since I am into fitness. I was stunned at the excellent level of customer service andgenuine care to explain the menu to me that I tipped $60 on a $11 bill. This is the spot- my new favorite :) Read more
