Actually, this is one of my worst customer service experiences ever. I walk in and order cheese fries, and the very rude... employee tells me they only sell chilli cheese fries. I explained that I dont eat meat and if possible would just like cheesefries. So then they bring me cold fries with even colder cheese on then. Thats right, just plain cheese straight from thefridge, no microwave or anything. It was genuinely just disrespectful, I cannot fathom serving that. Anyways, they also chargefor ranch and wont give it to you at the counter, if you were wondering. Seriously, go to braums if you're hungry. Read more

Every time I've went to this Whataburger, the waits been astronomical. If you're expecting fast like Sonic or even McDonald's, ... think twice before going. Even when we've gone with only 1 car in front of us, we've had to wait much longer than any averagewait time for fast food. Foods good, but I wouldn't necessarily say it was worth the time. Donna in the Drive-thru was absolutely amazing, promote her. Courteous, professional and made sure she put everything I needed... in the bag without asking. Hashbrowns overdone, but overall good quality. Read more
When I pulled into the drive thru line I was the 4th car. After ordering the car in front of me decided to leave without their... food. I understand why because the wait was much longer than it usually is. I would say this is the first bad experience I'vehad at a Whataburger. Considering it was a Saturday evening and they were somewhat busy, you'd expect things may move a littleslower but my food will at least be fresh. It wasn't. . . I actually would say it was barely warm. Just disappointing because Ihave always had great experiences at Whataburger. This is the 2nd time I've visited this one, but we will not be back. Read more
This was a terrible experience. We used drive thru and ordered 2 milkshakes. We waited in line for almost 30 minutes. More than... one car left as soon as they were able to get by safely. Plus it was almost $10 just for the two milkshakes. Not sure I will begoing back because I had a similar experience at the one close to Sheridan also. Read more
This place is always a good place for me. The only thing about all these places is, I get alot of pickles and thick slices of... tomatoes. Not a big fan a huge slices and huge quantities of pickles. I like to enjoy the taste of my burger. But I like it.ijust pull them out.Everythi g is always perfect! Read more
They are open whenever I want and have a good selection. Most of the time the staff is very polite and accommodating. But on one... or two occasions I have had some rude staff. But not often enough to drive me away. Read more
