Cappy Blast was mostly blended ice and had no taste. I ended up throwing it out.

Me and my Family had a terrible experience. First off when we we went to order one of the employee who was not busy didnt atend... us. When we order a type of Ice cream she made a rude comment saying what a disgusting combination of ice cream. And if itwasn't worse she commented more things that where not very pleasent. About a month ago I did a pint for a pint donation and was just wanting to get my ice cream. The girl that served me gave me so... much attitude and kept being short with me probably because she my my republican flags on my Jeep. They helped a customer thatcame after me first before I was able to get my ice cream even though I had ask for it. I just kept getting ignored and feltlike me being there was one of the worst things in the world for the girl that served me it?ll be a while before I come back. Read more

I got to baskin robbins maybe once or twice a week regularly for a bit.. every time I go is 5 stars. Gave 4 stars just hoping... nobody gets in trouble..But when I ordered my ice cream 2 of the 3 employee's had fake nails and had no gloves on while scoopingmy ice cream.. I got daiquiri ice and Reeses for the wife in the quart tubs. Both employee's that scooped my ice cream had nogloves on and had nails. Your website says that's against company policy, same goes for the no gloves especially during thisCOVID time.. The one that scooped mine the daiquiri ice was outside wiping down tables and the lid to the garage can withoutgloves.. I just hope she washed her hands before scooping my ice cream ???? Read more

Every time I get ice cream here, the scoops are so tiny! It?s so disappointing! I ordered a brownie sundae tonight and the... scoops combined were smaller than the brownie! It is ridiculously overpriced for such a tiny bit of ice cream. I love the tasteof the ice cream so I want somehow I try again and each time, I am extremely disappointed. Read more

Was totally disappointed with our last visit. I took my husband there on 4/09/2020 for his birthday. He ordered a classic... Sundae and I ordered a Banana Royale. The scoops of ice cream were so small you couldn't even find them. There was more of thetoppings than anything. It's really ashame that usefully with walk in service things are so good. Love this place! You can always get some customized portions of different ice cream and toppings. Also for the true ice cream... lovers you can buy ice cream by pints to take home and share (or just eat) later. You can also order or just purchase ice creambirthday cakes. Space is limited on the inside which makes the inside a tad loud when there are a lot of customers but their isan outdoor eating location that fixes this right up. Read more
