Twice in one day. The worst. Big waste of money. It's no different from the other big name coffee houses. We are at the mercy of... some poorly trained barista that does not understand why shots that are 5 to 10 minutes old while waiting in line are no good.We should not have to be the ones explaining that to them. Always kind and quick. Happy to pay for others behind me when I can, and leave tips for the barista! This coffee blows Starbucks... out of the water, plus the small is the same size as a medium at Starbucks, for WAY better coffee. However, I don't know whatthe baristas get paid, whereas I know Starbucks pays theirs a decent wage. Read more

I've been here a few times. The food tastes good. But today is the second time I've ordered sandwiches with added bacon only to... get home and find they have not added the bacon Again. Both times I've been charged for the extras. I did try to call amanager this time around but keep getting voice-mail. Not good to keep getting charged for extras I'm not getting. I want totrust that I'm getting what I pay for but next time I will check each item before I drive off. Also would be appreciated ifthey would give you napkins when you have a drive through order. This place is absolutely ridiculous! We sat in the drive thru for over 15 mins to get a hot chocolate and a regular coffee.... There was 1 car in front of us and no one inside. What the heck are they doing in there... Growing the brand themselves? Not tomention the girl on the speaker couldn't seem to understand what we were saying and was just giggling when we got to the window.I have an idea why it took so long but can't prove anything. Needless to say, we will not be making this our local coffee shopsince moving into the area this week. Read more
