I usually have good experiences here but this was a one-star experience. I placed an order on the app for curbside, waited for... about 10 minutes after the app said my food was ready, had to call into the call center multiple times before anyone brought itout. This has happened multiple times. They claim they didn't know what car I was in when I clearly put the make model and colorof my car on the app in the designated area. Read more
We just came in tonight at 10pm and got food for our whole group. We felt bad ordering so much so late, but every employee there... were the absolute best. They were so kind and funny, and we really had the best conversations. I didn't get their names but theydeserve some gold stars! Also our food was DELICIOUS! Thank you to all the employees there!!! Delivery drivers are not allowed to make soda stop yelling at us for asking you to make the drinks. Specifically it was a girl... and a white hoodie working the takeout line. When I express that we as careers are not allowed to prepare food she said thatsucks. When I said okay are you going finish preparing the order so I can take it she yelled at me and went back to making otherorders. Every time I tried to get her attention or anyone else's attention including calling the store I was ignored. This placeis always miserable to pick up from. And even with my own personal experiences going there to get food it's like I'm unwelcome.I would never recommend this Cafe Rio to anyone. Honestly they should go to the airport to train at their Cafe Rio and then comeback and actually know how to do their job. Read more
We did not have a good experience. The food had good flavor, but the woman taking our order did not listen to what we asked for,... over and over again. She was just trying to get us out of her line as fast as possible. She didn't make my daughter's food howshe asked so she didn't eat it because it came out so soggy. The same lady was wiping in between the food prep areas with a rag,and whatever was on that rag was falling into the food. The Same lady was separating Tortillas and laid one on her filthy chest.Just a horrible experience. We probably won't be back. Read more
Usually these guys are pretty good, but today I walked in and wasn?t greeted, then this guy proceeded to not put sweet pork on... my enchiladas, as the little container thing was empty and he was just trying to grab the tiny strands of pork. When I commentedhe ignored me, stuffed them full of cheese that didn?t even melt, and then the next lady threw rice onto my plate by accidentand didn?t apologize, when I paid, I also wasn?t given a receipt, had to grab it myself. Delicious! We had this for our Christmas Eve dinner. I had the sweet pork quesadilla on a wheat tortilla, my boyfriend had the... sweet pork burrito smothered in sauce (with habanero sauce on the side), my oldest had the chicken salad, and my youngest hadthe chicken quesadilla. All of us loved our food. I usually always get the red sauce (hot), but I think I?m going to gethabanero from here on out. It was sooo good and not too hot at all. We placed our order to go. When we got there, it was allready for us and sitting on the counter. We were in and out in less than 3 minutes. We love cafe rio and will be back soon. Read more
One of the worst Cafe Rio locations. I waited 15 minutes in line only to be told they are out of rice and that it would take... another 15 minutes for the rice to be ready. 1/4 of the staff just sits around and does nothing. The man serving my food kepthis mask below his nose the entire time. There was no manager or leader. They don't care about your business. I won't be back.Sloppy, disorganized, messy location. The place is a nightmare to walk into with overflowing garbage cans and soda machines thatdon't work. Read more
Stay away!!! They dropped my order all over the floor. Took it back to the prep desk. Wiped the sauces of some of the tins, put... it back bin another bag and served it.....No apologies no refund. Just full price for food off the floor. And it was 20 minuteslate. Read more
