The staff was very friendly & paid great attention to my unique special order. Even though I was stuttering, they took my order... accurately and even brought our food to our table so we didn't have to go up to the counter. The only complaint I have is withthe menu, not the staff. The beyond star burger should not come with cheese & mayo by default. We always have to ask for itwithout and that can be overwhelming when we have to order like that every single time. It's easier to ask them to add it thanit is to remove it. Went here last night and ordered 4 shakes. My friend forgot their wallet to pay, so we told them to wait and we would come right... back. I was really expecting them to throw our shakes away, but they didn't! It was really nice of them to wait for us.Sometimes I will come here for lunch on my days off, and I can say that the day staff are just as nice! Seems like all fast food places have gone downhill lately. This one has really gotten bad.. Went in one day, couldn't serve us... cause the cook didn't show up.
