The staff was very friendly & paid great attention to my unique special order. Even though I was stuttering, they took my order... accurately and even brought our food to our table so we didn't have to go up to the counter. The only complaint I have is withthe menu, not the staff. The beyond star burger should not come with cheese & mayo by default. We always have to ask for itwithout and that can be overwhelming when we have to order like that every single time. It's easier to ask them to add it thanit is to remove it. Went here last night and ordered 4 shakes. My friend forgot their wallet to pay, so we told them to wait and we would come right... back. I was really expecting them to throw our shakes away, but they didn't! It was really nice of them to wait for us.Sometimes I will come here for lunch on my days off, and I can say that the day staff are just as nice! Seems like all fast food places have gone downhill lately. This one has really gotten bad.. Went in one day, couldn't serve us... cause the cook didn't show up. Very poor service and cold food. My wife ordered a Jr cheese burger and asked to add BBQ sauce and an onion ring. When the... cashier read order back he left out the cheese. My told him I want cheese on that, he said oh yes. So we get our food there isno cheese. So I go up to the counter and just ask for a slice of cheese. The lady making the food say I didn't order cheeseand will have to pay for it. I advise I did order it. A different cashier rings it up and says that will be 22 cents. I ask tospeak to a manager. The cashier goes back to talk to the lady making the food that said we didn't order the cheese. Turns outshe's the manager. She with an attitude agrees to give us the cheese. Go back to sit down and eat. The fries are cold andsoggy. After what we went through about the cheese we just threw them away. Used to love Call Jr's food and service. Doubtwe'll be going back any time soon. I wouldn't have had an issue paying for the cheese but the manager pulling an attitude andsaying we never ordered the cheese was insulting. Worst service ever food was super cold. The drive through was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. I've never been treated... so horrible. Rhianna was horrible I was in the drive through for over 30 minutes then was told to wait out front. For one burgerand a fry !! Just for it to be brought out wrong and cold old. Don't recall what I ate it was like 4 or 5 days ago. Most of the food I get there is always spot on. However like most fast food... places the food sometimes can be cold!! I can reheat my sandwich by wrapping in some foil and place the wrapped food on myhotengine of my car.. best quick reheat method!!. Read more
