I used to come in for lunch since it was quick service and didn?t have to wait for more than 5 minutes and upset they took... curbside pickup options away and gotta wait in the long line and halfway through my lunch just to get my food. They have taken both the pick up inside and curbside off their app. Which makes it nearly impossible for a mom of 3 under 3 to... grab food, unless I choose the drive through. This morning I got here at 10:20 with 10 cars in line in front of me. I got to theordering speaker at 10:37? understand this is after 10:30 breakfast but 17 minutes to get through 10 cars? And then not honorthe breakfast for those who have been here. If I could have gone inside I would have. I couldn?t even drive around those infront of me after saying I didn?t want anything since there was no breakfast (added another 10 minutes from order window untilexit). They must be short staffed... and have been for the last several months. It takes 30+ minutes to get through the drive thru.... They've stopped doing online orders and curbside orders. Service is so so slow. Food is mostly okay. Not terrible, butcertainly not up to the usual standard. Hopefully they're able to get more staff available soon. Read more
My meal was good but the milkshake was the wrong size. I have always gotten milkshakes from chick fila and expect the standard... size. The milkshake I got was a ?kid? size. I reported the issue to chick fila twice in the past month but nobody has responded.The service of chick fila is not what it used to be. Read more
I was really impressed with Josh in the dining room. It?s rare to see a young man take such pride in his job. This kid is going... places. He made sure that everybody felt very welcome and knew that he was available to help them with any needs. He even toldus bye on our way out and we weren?t close to him. Great job Josh! Read more
My son and I stopped here on our way to take him to the airport. Although it was chaotic and very busy, a lot of children... having an early lunch, everyone was nice. The gal that waited on us was pleasant, the young man who brought the food was too,and he smiled all the time we were there. There was an older gentleman that kept the floor swept, trays collected and trashthrown away, as well as handing out wet wipes and mints. He too was nice. I didn?t see a single person needing to throw theirown trash away. Very attentive. Service was quick and of course, very tasty. The entrance and exits to the parking lots are verynarrow, especially if you have a large pickup like I do, but it is worth it for the outstanding service. This is our secondvisit to this location and we will continue to visit when we are in that area. Read more
One of our favorite fast restaurants is Chick-fil-A. We have not be disappointed with food there. We?ve gone there for lunch,... breakfast and diner and every time has been a good experience. It took over an hour to get through the drive thru. Curbside pickup/order ahead pickup is unavailable, and while the food was... fresh, hot, and as good as expected, the wait was unacceptable for a drive through line. They have a sign on the door aboutbeing short staffed right now, but, there are people who clearly are not in training just meandering around aimlessly. Meanwhilethe service is slow.
