Our server Isa Thomas and bartender Melissa were great, more than great, very helpful, very suggestive and just overall have... above average service. Both went above and beyond to be helpful to guarantee we got what we wanted, ordering off the menucocktails. The bartender Melissa came to our table and made it happen. Wow what a disappointment! My boyfriend always suggest Chili?s for date night (he?s never been) and I always recommend something... else. Well I finally caved and boy, what a mistake that was!The server was horrible, we had to keep asking other servers forthings, our food came out warm at best (including a ?skillet? appetizer), his coffee was Luke warm, my ?medium well? steak wasso bloody and rare I couldn?t even eat it and didn?t want to bother bringing it up at that point, not to mention it was DRY! Nogarlic butter in sight. I ordered the shrimp to go with my steak and it was also just warm, and cooked but like barely, not?grilled? at all! I mean look at that ?medium well? steak! What world is that medium well? The loaded potatoes didn?t havescallions and looked underwhelming. And the place was a mess! I get that they are busy on weekend evenings, but come on! We hadto look at a disgusting table across from us which isn?t pleasant and makes you wonder what the back of the house looks like.Never ever ever ever again. Really disappointed. We waited 40 mins for a table at 3 pm. We spend $90. My son's steak wasnt cooked, it literally was bloody... red and he asked for medium. We took it home so we can recook it. My food was sitting under the heat for a while. It had driedout. We took mine home so try to revive my ribs and quesadilla. Only my fries were fresh. Our table was dirty, we had to getdifferent drinks because our cups were dirty. The only good thing was the waitress. Second time this has happened to us in ayear. We wont be going back. Read more
4 stars are due primarily to our server, Alexis. She was personable, friendly and did not keep our food waiting. We ordered the... 2 for $25, with fried pickles, cajun chicken pasta, chicken crispers with honey chipotle sauce. Cheesecake for dessert. Food wasserved hot and okay tasting. The bathrooms are in need of a serious clean job. Need to be cleaned, dust and dirt around theceiling, tiles and soap dispenser fixed or updated. Again, this rating is due to our AMAZING server only. I I ordered to-go on Tuesday evening. The cajun chicken pasta and the potatoes were fantastic, but the steak was extremely tough... despite it being cooked to medium rare, and lacked any flavor. The asparagus as you can see was disgusting and not cookedproperly. 2 for $25 sounds like a great deal until you realize the two of you have to share the same meal and try to choke downsome steak. This was my first time at Chili?s. The Queso was super good. We got the 2 for 20 or whatever it was and somehow it ended up... being 40 dollars???? I can?t remember what I ordered, but what they brought me was some dry Chicken Strips, which is NOT what Iordered haha ???? It was ok food. Luckily we had a gift card. I would probably not ever visit this location again but I wouldmaybe visit a chili?s again. Read more
Brittany was very friendly with us. We came in pretty late and she was still very friendly. The food was great. She was doing... great at multitasking and cleaning for the night.
