I first off want to give a high five to this location for having delicious food, a great staff, and a clean restaurant. Kudos to... Emma for going above and beyond her job duties to ensure a great experience. The only reason I didn't give a 5 on everything,which I wanted to do, was due to consistency. The first time I came here (dine in), the food was top notch. I felt like this wasgoing to be my new favorite goto place to eat. The sauces were amazing, the fried chicken was delicious (rockbop), the noodles/rice were hot and everything seemed fresh. I was hooked. I came back a second time and the girls working were so friendly, kindand helpful. However, the food was subpar on my togo order. There was a severe lack of sauce and the chicken was chewy. I wentback with my food in hand to voice my concerns with the manager and immediately I was met with kindness, understanding and myfood was made fresh for me. Great way to earn business and it tasted great. It made me want to comeback again. Later, I againcame for a large togo order for 5 people. Got home and nothing was labeled. We had requested 3 different heat levels and wecould not tell who's food was whoms. I called for help and they tried to explain to me that they look different for differentheat levels, but they should be clearly labeled for guests to know and identify themselves. Again, the chicken was chewy and mynoodles were rubbery, like they had sat out in open air too long. I really enjoy this place, but consistency and quality need tobe the same each visit. If they cook the same quality way every time and better label their food moving forward, they have anamazing restaurant on their hands. Skip this store! I love Cup Bop, but this store is terrible. The floors are so sticky your shoes stick to the floor, the... teenagers working cannot be bothered to take or fill your order, let alone wash their hands and stop eating behind thecounter. We had ordered online 30mins prior and they were just standing around when I inquired. The chicken (Rock bop) was coldand gummy, and the #1 sauce was pure thick and plain mayonaise not mixed as the normal sauce. Read more

The food here is ALWAYS yummy. But review is affected by execution and format. We were the only patrons in shortly after 11:30am... but the wait was strangely long even with 5 staff just standing behind the register. We figured it was because they were fryingthe order of Mandoo...nope...they were cold. Also ordered/paid for extra pork in my ramen...nope....same amount as usual. Wealso really hate that they package everything to go even if staying to dine in. So we have to unpackage everything at the tableand finish assembling the bowl of Ramen (broth is packaged separate) all while the 4 staff continued to stand behind theregister. Finally...they offer Ramen...but only provide lite plastic teaspoons to eat it. C'mon... Read more

I love this place!! Cupbop Layton is our regular weekly go-to. The food is absolutely wonderful and normally I would rave... about it, however the last 3 times (3 weeks) I've literally been shorted the sauce. I always order the Gluten-free Ugly Pop Bopand request both the GF sweet and spicy sauces, and the last three weeks I've gotten home to find my order is completely missingsauce. Which really ruins the meal, because the sauce is excellent. So then I get to doctor it up with what I've got at home,not awesome. Maybe this review can be used as a coaching opportunity? I understand we are all busy and I have a lot of respectfor those who choose to work in food service, but as a paying customer I'd really like to get what I order. Going forward, Iwill double check the order before I walk out of the store and drive 40 mins home. But if this is happening to a frequentcustomer like me, I can guarantee it is happening to others who may not take this sort of thing as well. Thank you! Read more

Giving 2 stars because they totally shorted us on sauce. It just doesn't taste the same when there's not enough sauce. Normally... that wouldn't be enough to warrant a bad review, but a bunch of the chicken in the Rock Bop turned out to be just the friedbatter without the chicken inside! (See picture) Rock Bop indeed, they were hard as a rock. Usually this location is spot on,and food doesn't take too long, but today it took forever for our food to get out. Yeah, they were busy but even so, it was along wait tonight. Editing to say this location has a lot of fake good reviews because they offer a free Mandoo for a goodreview. This location really isn't the best Cupbop out there and could use some good improvement. Read more

Went tonight & the line was crazy! I expected this since they were doing a $5.99 deal for all bop bowls. Staff was so great... though. Cheerful attitudes & happy spirits despite the long line. First time going to a cupbop & the food was really good. I washappy they had so many vegetarian options. Spicy sauce scale ranges from 1-10, so there are plenty of options. Everything seemedclean. I love this place so much! Usually everything is spot on and I would give full stars, but today everything is super peppery. So... much so that I can see the pepper and it's too hot. I like the level 4 because it's sweet and spicy, but today I think theymissed the sweet sauce. Or it could be all the black pepper. ??????? It's still tasty, but it's definitely going to take a lotlonger to eat than usual. ???? Read more
