Food: 7/10 Restaurant: 7/10 Service: 6/10 Great local sandwich shop. They have plenty of options to please everyone and... multiple types of bread. They have a few hot sandwiches as well which are tasty. I ended up getting ham and turkey on whitebread. It was good, but basic. I wish there were more condiment options or toasted bread. I will say this place does a greatjob catering. They have big variety packs of sandwiches you can order along with cookies and chips. Restaurant inside was cleanand tidy. My last 2 visits have been less than favorable. I visit this location 1-2 times a week because I enjoy a good sandwich. However,... my last visit I watched my sandwich sit behind the counter for 7 minutes while 5 other customers were served their food whoordered after me. The whole time my sandwich sat there. It was finally brought out by the girl who always has a scowl, neversmiles, and does not respond to a thank you. Today, when I ordered my food and they asked my name as usual. I told them Jeff.He said Kevin. I thought he was joking. However, when my food was called out, they said Kevin. Really Cutlers? Is this thelevel of professionalism you expect of your team. Maybe these are just random issues. I can?t think of what I might have done tobe treated this way, so it is probably just 2 random incidents. However, they feel personal and deliberate. Read more

We love Cutler?s! The food is fantastic and the employees are awesome! The cashier working tonight was just the sweetest ever.... The people in front of us were asking her all sorts of questions and she was very patient and kind to them. She seems like anall around good person. We bought 3 chicken club sandwiches (one without tomato), 1 half BLT, 4 cookies, and two drinks to go.Everything on our order was great, except the one chicken club still had tomatoes. It was no big deal though. My daughter justpulled them off. The soda machine needed the syrup for the red cream soda to be replaced, but it wasn?t a big deal. There werestill plenty of other options. Great sandwich shop! If you're looking for a homemade bread, soup and cookie stop this is your place! Love their sourdough for... their sandwiches. Soups are well above average and I love their cookies even in a time of niche cookie only bakeries. Nothingto complain about that's needed improvement. Typically I wouldn't give a 5 for somewhere without a 'wow factor' however theyare so good, so fresh and so consistent I find myself not being able to give less as that is maybe the 'wow'. I'd love to see avariable sandwich or 2 a month or frequently that is unique to the season, time of year, month, holiday etc. I think they'dstumble into some new great takes. I think they could benefit from some 'out of their box' ventures on cookies and soups aswell. Showcase their skills. Items not rated but relevant: Service is good to great. It has a drive thru but so NOT expectMcDonald's speed. Everything is hand made and assembled when ordered. This location is inviting and clean. Read more
