I got pretzel and there?s way too much grease on it to the point where it?s soggy and I don?t want to pick it up. I had to wipe... my pretzel with a paper towel and it?s still wet. It?s so messy I feel like i?m gunna get acne just from eating it. I?m gettinggrease all over my phone by typing this. it?s everywhere. Also it had no salt on it and the cheese sauce was cold. Horrible customer service, not friendly at all. I had a problem through the app and they basically accused me of lying even... though I showed the proof. Slammed the window shut multiple times, never apologized for the inconvenience or the confusion. Read more
It's an interesting location but it does have a drive through which makes getting your drink fix easy and conveniente. The staff... is very helpful and enjoyable to work with they were patient with me as I made the decisión of the drinks we ended up getting.Only thing I would change would be the location of the menu because the angle it's at makes it imposible to see when driving up. Love fiiz!! (: they make the drinks quickly, great price compared to sips or other drink places and delicious! The only annoying... thing is their long lines. If there are more than 3 cars in like plan for at least a 20 minute wait. If you can get in line withno cars or only 1 its super fast. They make the drinks quickly so I dont know if people just don't know what they're wanting. Ithink another menu on the corner in the drive through would greatly decrease long wait times. They are a drink shop with tons of choices! What is not to love? Timber is my drink of choice, my wife loves the momojito, and... my little one gets sharks in the water! The atmosphere is very relevant to the area, tons of airplane memorabilia and theme! Read more

Live the zippy zen it has refreshing taste of cucumber and monstor energy. Or you can get a flavored water version as well
