We have eaten many times at Five Guys. On this particular occasion we were sadly disappointed by the quality of the meal. The... fries were old and had been warmed over so many time they were crunchy and darkened. The buns were old and should not have beenused (crunchy also like they were freezer ) burnt. The staff member who took our order was polite. Just disappointed. When youspend $45 for a couple of hamburgers you expect a little better. Read more
This is the CLEANEST 5 Guys I've ever visited. It's nice to sit down and have the whole diningroom spotless. Even the Coke... machine was scrubbed down. My hamburger was excellent, the fries perfect!!! (crispy on the outside and creamy goodness on theinside). Eat here. Read more
Beyond salty fries we couldn't even eat them. It was a waste of money. Also my BLT was burned bacon is suppose to be crispy not... burned. Whoever work on 07/19 around 4 to 6 pm on the fryers need to get replace. I rarely give a bad review but this isridiculous next time ask for unsalted fries and just go with a plain burger. Read more
My wife's burger was pretty pink inside. They always under cook her burger. The fries are still not up to par with most places... but this time they were better than any I've had at five guys in Utah. Read more
For a fast food burger, it was good. It's my third time there and I brought others. The others said they liked it, too. You... buy a basic burger. Then you can add several ingredients at no extra charge. It was all good - except for the cheese, which wasmore of a processed cheese ( it was OK but next time instead of a bacon cheeseburger, I'd get the bacon burger - skip thecheese). Fries were fresh, too, and made from whole potatoes. They have a sign indicating the farm where they purchased thepotatoes. The staff was friendly and interacted a little bit more than a typical fast food joint that just takes yourorder. Overall, the quality was very good for fast food. Portions were good. A little pricey, but I would pay more for goodfood. I'd go again. Read more
Five Guys was once a great burger place that it has been awhile since eating there to find that it is not what I remember of it.... Ordered Cajun fries (overly seasoned) and three burgers which have great veggies and toppings but bun and patty were a major letdown. For a burger place it is not on my list to go back to anytime soon as there are much better places around for similarprice. The patties have no flavor and lack that burger place taste that you want when going out for a burger. The buns areaverage at best that need a little more toasting. The tomatoes, lettuce, and grilled onions are great and fresh which is nice.The fries seem to be less abundant from the past but still a lot for the order size. If you want Cajun fries I suggest askingfor lightly seasoned as they over do it in my opinion for eating without sauce. The fry sauce is good and staff is friendly andnice. If you want a burger I suggest another place, but for just fries this is still worth going to until their price goes tohigh or they stop overfilling. 2.5 stars in reality. Read more
The simplicity, quality, taste and price make Five Guys unique. When it comes to fresh and good taste hamburger, fives is the... place we go to. The menu is so simple that helps you choose quickly and don?t have to be there wondered what you are going toorder. The fresh ingredients starting with the meat, grill onion, grill mushroom, tomato, and even jalapeños make thequality. The hamburger is juicy and very tasty. The French fries with or without French fries sauce are also so good. Lastlybut not list, the price is very good compare to other places.
