What started out as a terrible experience, completely turned around. I made an online order for a dozen cinnamon rolls for my... daughter's birthday. When I arrived to pick them up, I got blank stares. The kids said they were just closers and didn't do anybaking or know what to do. I asked if they could refund me so I could go figure something else out at that point (since my partywas starting in 30 min) and I got more blank stares. After more excuses and deflection of responsibility, I finally had to tellthem to take my info and have their manager call me. Thankfully, my order was refunded the next day, and when they opened firstthing Monday morning, the owner personally called me to apologize. He explained he has an entirely new team but that was stillno excuse to not be taken care of. He reassured me of his efforts to better train his new team. Then he said he made 12 cinnamonrolls for me and hand delivered them. Then he went above and beyond by adding a gift card to the package he delivered. I am sothoroughly impressed and grateful for this experience. I know Joe is doing a wonderful job with this store. I originally thoughtI'd never want to go back, but now I want to go back and support as much as I can. Thank you Joe! Read more

Wow! Went here first time just now. I?ve been in many locations in Washington, Missouri and other states. This is worst Great... Harvest! Filthy! Dirty restroom, stairs going up to restroom looked like carpet hadn?t been replaced since 1900?a AND worst ofall FLIES in bakery case on all rolls, buns, brownies. Employee just shooed them away! Doesn?t Utah have restaurant / foodsafety requirements?? Not good! Read more

I was over charged. I got a loaf of wheat bread, one fruity bar, one cinnamon roll, one pack of oatmeal chocolate cookies, all... were day old and should have been 50%off. I said no to tip. I?m in a budget. I was charged 10$ to much. Read more

The bread makes the sandwich. Great Harvest has more then just bread, they have sweet treats and great sandwiches. The sandwich... choices are limited but the choices that are available are popular. They also offer soft drinks and a few veggie/fruitdrinks. If you want some amazing bread or a great place to stop this above average price bread store that sells sandwichs isthe perfect stop for lunch. Read more
Closes at 6, but can?t order a sandwich after 4:30? Hmmm seems more like a food novelty shop than a restaurant. Have not had... this issue at any other Great Harvest. VERY disappointed. Read more
