Ordered food and was told it would be a 25 minute wait. We gave them an hour before we showed up, and not only was it not ready,... they hadn't even started it. They also were either unwilling or incapable of giving an estimated wait for the food that shouldhave been ready 35 minutes prior. Ive had better service from the taco bell on harrison before they fired that junkie workingthe window. Update: not only was the service terrible, but apparently the people making the food are also incapable of reading. Not 1 item we ordered was made correctly. The sandwich came with the wrong bread, and they added tomato, another sandwich wasmissing the honey mustard. If i could give 0 stars i would, but google won't let me be that honest. You would get better foodfrom the guy in the cardboard box downtown. Read more

Usually a tasty spot to grab a sandwich. Not today. The sandwich was not enjoyable (super fatty bacon, way to much sauce) and... for the price I?m not sure I?ll chance it again. Read more

My husband and I recently moved to the area and were wanting to try a new place for dessert so we went to Kneaders last night.... My husband got the raspberry bread pudding and I got the Oreo cheesecake. They were both delectable-absolutely delicious. Theraspberry bread pudding even came with cream to put on top-yummy! I wish the service and cleanliness were as amazing as thedesserts-unfortunately, not our experience ???? Read more

Food was not good. Wife got a salad and she said it tasted old. I got there Philly. Bun was hard as a rock. Meat was chewy and... bland. Was not happy. Seems other reviews show lack in food quality. *edit. Sent email to the reply. Never got an answer. Read more

Arrived for a pickup order about 10 minutes after the stated pickup time. They were very busy, which is fine. I waited another... 45 while every customer who arrived after me was served including other pickup orders. Before I left I asked if they had startedmy order and unfortunately the woman with a short bob cut scoffed at me and walked away without returning to let me know if theywere preparing my order. I requested my order be canceled (bacon egg & cheese croissant) and I left. I hadn?t been to thislocation in several years, and I don?t think I will be returning. Read more

UPDATE: After not visiting Kneaders since I had an unfortunate experience a month ago, tonight (8/25) I decided to use a $10... reward and take advantage of the free delivery offer. When the food arrived, I found that my focacia bread to accompany my TBAsalad had been subbed with cheddar broccoli soup. And the three avocado slices in my salad weren't edible (see photo)... atleast I didn't want to chance any possible repercussions of eating them ha. At this point, I'm beginning to think I am destinedfor bad luck at the Layton Kneaders! ???? --------------------------------- Giving 2 stars with this review only because Ilove Kneaders' food when prepared properly... the service at the Layton location has been pretty lackluster every time I've gonein the past year, unfortunately. Tonight I told my daughter we could go where she wanted, and she chose Kneaders. I ordered viathe drive thru instead of curbside (which has now been discontinued at Layton; but I had been perpetually frustrated by the longwait times or needing to go through the drive thru anyway). We ordered a kid's ham and cheese sandwich (on wheat) meal and TBAsandwich and was told they'd run out of red onion for the sandwich. I still ordered it anyway. We waited in the drive thru linewith only two cars ahead of us for 10-15 minutes. When we arrived at the window, the employee waited another 5 minutes or sobefore opening the window. He then told me they'd run out of the focacia bread for my sandwich. At that point, a restless andscreaming toddler plus pregnancy hormones put me on the verge of tears... over a sandwich. ???? I opted to get the kid's mealand forego my sandwich. That landed me in another drive thru, where I had a much better experience. When we arrived home, wefound they'd put my daughter's sandwich on white instead of wheat bread. But that's better than the time we waited 25 minutesfor our food and got home to realize her sandwich had no meat on it all ha. I hesitated sharing t Read more

They seriously don't know how to make pancakes here. Ordered sourdough pancakes for takeout. The photo on their website shows... fluffy, round pancakes, and even describes them as fluffy. What we got were completely flat "pancakes," with uneven, crepeyedges. The ones in the photo shown was their SECOND attempt, which really only looked slightly better than their first attempt.Should've asked for a refund, but hubby was in a hurry & assumed they'd actually tried to make them right the second timearound, so he didn't take a close enough look at the second batch until he got back home. No time for a 3rd trip back to get arefund. So, we just chucked 'em in the garbage where they belong. What a ripoff. Read more

I ordered a turkey bacon avocado sandwich. I paid extra for extra bacon, turkey, and avocado. There was 4 tiny slices of avocado... in the whole sandwich, hardly any turkey and absolutely no bacon, which made the sandwich taste plain. Very disappointedconsidering I paid extra for all that. I?ve never had a problem with their food in the past, not sure what quite happened here. Read more
