They had no pizzas ready. Hot and ready was not. Waited 10 minutes. Many others came most didn't wait.
Friendly, fast and familiar. I worked there over 20 years ago. Its also a great location for easy access and convenient... departure. I believe they are true to "hot n ready" rather than allow some to leave with 10 pizzas un ordered and tell theother customers they have to wait like has often been the case in Kaysville where i live. I dont condone false advertising orthe adbsense of a business not offering to compensate for such. We should ask each Little caesars if they promote such and weshould patronize appropriate transactions. Read more
Two separate times now I have waited over 30 minutes for breadsticks. The man who ordered right before me got his order... completely refunded due to wait times, but I- a woman- did not. The manager kinda scary screams at the workers in the back,which makes me feel bad for them. Sigh. Read more
Everybody working there had a zombie "I don't wanna be here" look. Waited 30 minutes for 3 "hot and ready" pizzas. Service... sucked.. The ONLY good part that saved the day was this big black guy in the back that was in a genuine happy mood. Even thoughhe was the only one making the pizzas with no help. Tried to call to order several times they would not pick up the phone! I physically had to drive over to place my order! I paid... for my order in advance I only ordered one pizza, I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes! I ran some errands while I waswaiting for that 20 minutes to go by, When I was back to pick up my order, They said they had no record of me ordering my pizzaor paying for it!! I pulled out my receipt to prove my purchase, I waited another 5 minutes for them to check the receipt,. They verified the receipt. And told me they would refund my money because they had lost my order! I told them no my wife and Istill needed to eat. Without an apology or anything! I was told That would be another 20 minutes for them to remake my order, Iwas patient and understanding! When I returned 20 minutes later I had to explain what I had already gone through they had tosearch for my order again, they finally returned with my order handed it to me and walked away with no apology or concern! WhenI take it home for our dinner and open the box. The quality of the pizza was not what I would expected!! As the quality of thepizzas at this location has not Ben to my satisfaction for the last few times I had Ordered from this location! The wholeexperience from the time I had placed my order till the time I received it it was over an hour! I was very disappointed in theircustomer service without an apology or a care from the employees! I will continue ordering from this location because it isconvenient for my family! But I am disappointed and have been for the last few times I've been there!! There was a couple ofprevious times at the pizza was dry and not enjoyable to eat and ended up going to waste at my home!! Second attempt to try this. Last time was about 5 years ago.It is so convenient that I decided to try again. Now I remember why... I did not go back. Ordered and paid online. Order was supposed to be ready at 6;02, but I waited a bit because tracker showed itstill in oven. Tracker was never updated. At 609 they said it would be another 10 minutes and to wait out front of the store.At 6:30 I stopped the guy from the window and asked about the order. He came back with it right away, but everything was cold.They were busy, so someone likes this place better than I do. Cheese bread was good. My $15.00 pizza only had toppings on thecenter portion on half of the pizza, and the wings were my mistake in judgement. Read more
There were thick, black hairs baked into our crazy bread from this location. Either this franchise holds their employees to... extremely low grooming standards, or this was done purposefully. Either way it?s incredibly repulsive and I?d recommend you notchoose to purchase food at this particular location. Read more
Little Caesars has affordable pizza and Crazy Bread. Pizza is okay but the Crazy Bread is very bland. They taste like... undercooked, very bland bread with to much garlic butter slapped on. The bread sticks used to be very flavorful but the recipeseems to have changed.? The service was not good? employee seemed putout when he was getting my order. Employees out frontsmoking who were continually in and out in the 5 minutes I was there. This location is a rundown store in need of a deep clean,updates and a drive through. Parking lot has holes and cracks and needs re-paving. Read more
