Waited 30 minutes for our order but gave up. In that time we didn't see anyone working. The "manager" seemed to be trying to... fix 1 order for about 20 of those minutes. Tried to communicate with the management over the facility but that email is nolonger in service. Read more

The service was horrible today. They made everyone in the drive thru pull up front then their poor employees wandered aimlessly... trying to match the orders with the cars. I finally went inside and asked the manager about it, and he said, "that's just howwe do it here." He was unprofessional and indifferent. I won't be going back as long as he's the manager. Poorly run, poorservice, poor attitude. I've never had such an inconvenient experience at a McDonalds nor spoken with with such an impolitemanager. Read more

I have been going here for over a year (with quality slowly getting worse) but now I won?t go back to this location. Ordered on... the app and drove to do a pickup. When I got there the drive thru was very long so I went inside to wait. The lobby was full ofpeople. I should have left when I saw that, but they?re usually fast right? No. Waited over 30 minutes for a quarter pounder andfries. A family of four even left after waiting that long as well. They went up to the counter to ask for a refund but no onewas working the counter. They left without a refund and warned someone walking in to not go any further (that person turnedaround and left). After 30 minutes my number popped up on the screen as ready but no one gave me my food. Soon my numberdisappeared and I wondered if they had given it to a drive thru instead. There was no one to ask. 5 minutes later I finally gotmy order, after I watched the kitchen bag a ?fresh? quarter pounder. I felt it and the hamburger patty was cold. Cheese wascold. Fries were just warm. During the 30 minutes of waiting in the lobby, it continued to fill up, and I only saw ONE personget their order before me. I debated leaving but I wanted a refund if I did that, but there wasn?t anyone available to flagdown to even process a refund. They just left all of us there, crowding around the registers to try and see what the heck wastaking so long back there. I?m sure most of the people in the lobby would have happily left without food if they had the chanceto get their money back. It felt like we were being held hostage. Read more

To whom it may concern: I am writing to you about my concerns for the store on Hill Field Rd. in Layton, I do not feel that I... was 100% completely satisfied. Tonight 05 November 22 at about 2000 hours I went through the drive through, and the first thingI noticed was there was no proper greeting. It was just what do you want instead of a Welcome or Thank you for choosing. Thenext thing was that my order was not read back to me to ensure that it was correct and there was not any up sale, then insteadof giving me my total I was just told to pull around. At the window I was told the order price and I handed my charge card topay for my order. When I got it back, I did not get a receipt or ask to pull up just a closed window. The young lady was politewhen she handed me the order. As I was checking my order that entailed one Big Mac, 10-piece McNuggets, Medium Fry and acheeseburger, the cheeseburger was in between the Big Mac and Nuggets, I went inside and found the manager was filling the orderI asked him if it was properly bagged meal he looked inside and said yes. I then asked him why you would put a wrapped sandwichin between the two boxed orders, he told me that it just slid down and was not a big deal. I then expressed my concerns aboutthe drive through and asked if the even still do training and he said NO THEY DO NOT. I have been to others around me, and theywere doing it right. When I told the manager that I was an ex-employee and that they were doing it wrong he asked me when andwhere I worked. When I told him he implied I did not know what I was talking about. I am an ex-employee 84-86 for Bob Charleswho owned multiple stores in the Denver-Boulder Colorado area in the 1980?s. Read more

don't normally get stuff at night on a Sunday, but the guy they had on the Drive Thru Aug 21st is a gem! Just a great... personality! You don't often get that with such interactions. A guy just making the best of things. It really helped us after ahard day. We ordered a happy meal and he cheerfully and humorfully asked if I was happy. He clearly was just really full ofenergy as his interaction clearly was similar with the car behind us. Read more

After a long days work i was starving and dont have anything at home to eat so I ordered and a kid with glasses 6 foot somthing... took my order. He told me to pull forward to waiting spot one. I waited extremely patiently for 25 mins. I then circle around tothe drive through to ask why it's taking 25 minutes for my order. He frustrated responds with a tone annoyed tone and proceedsto take the other person's order over my matter. Just red with rage I drove off with wasted 9 dollars and an empty stomach.
