Not a bad McDonald's but not the best by far. Drink station was non operational, getting a refill took a 10m wait at the... counter. Food was OK, and was brought out in a reasonable time. This location seems to be lagging behind other locations interms of atmosphere and updates, they want you to use the kiosk to order but they aren't really prepared for it and counter isoverwhelmed and a bit slow. I have gone to this location 3 times and sat in line for 5+ minutes to eventually drive away with nothing. All 3 times I've gone... there's 1-3 other people who also leave empty handed. At least 2 employees visibly inside. I don't know if their hours havechanged but it would be courteous to post updated hours. I've also tried calling and no one answers. Will not be returning! Y'all need to figure out what you're doing on night shift. This kid with the streak in their hair who appears to be in charge... prioritizes drive thru over door dash for about 30 minutes at a time, not making any door dash orders until the drive thruscreen is clear. I have lost so much income over the past few nights from sitting in the lobby waiting for this kid to take thefood that is already made and put it in a bag and hand it to me. Walked in for a pickup order, drivethru line only had 5-6 cars and there appeared to be quite a few employees behind the... counter. There was garbage all over the dining area and doesn?t look to have been cleaned in the last day or so, I understandworkers are stressed but this was bad. Your employees however, were swearing and carrying on as if there weren?t 5+ customersstanding in their lobby. Joking about how many times they?ve walked out of their shifts on their managers. Most of the employeesalso appeared to be standing by the front counter while timers/alarms were also blaring in your kitchen. I got the food Iordered, but to whoever manages this place I recommend you spend some more time in your store and try to make it lookpresentable to the public and remind your employees they work for a business and should at least attempt professionalism when inearshot of your customers, if I were running this location I would be embarrassed of the condition of this restaurant and theunprofessional and inappropriate behavior of my staff. The food was okay (It's McDonald's. I don't think I need to describe it more than that lol) The staff was friendly (Even... friendlier when you give them a smile!) overall I had a good visit. My only problem was that my cheeseburger came without cheese(Not the biggest problem, everything else was there) which was a little bit of a bummer but I still got a hamburger! Guess this is what qualifies as a slice of cheese! Otherwise, service was good. Order accurate, fries were not full? pay over... $3 for fries and not full order. One month later?. Tried them again. Sat in drive through for ten minutes with two cars aheadof me, heard their orders get taken. Finally I get to the speaker? five minutes go by? ?Hello? Anyone working?? ? ten minutes?Hello?!?? Cars are piling up behind both speakers. ? fifteen ?twenty minutes! I finally drive away and go to the Wendy?s nextdoor, in and out of there in less than five minutes and the food was delicious! Update: I thought I would give them another chance after my raw hamburger incident and once again they disappointed me. I... received this coffee this morning. I asked for 2 large coffees black with cream and sugar on the side. Well one coffee wasalright, super weak then I opened this one in the picture. I took a sip of it and it tasted like there was a pound of sugar init. They probably accidentally put the sugar in it and realised I wanted it on the side but were in such a hurry to make anotherone. It was absolutely disgusting. This McDonald?s needs a revamp of employees who actually care. Even the manager at thislocation is absolutely rude. This is what my quarter pounder looked like today. After 2 bites I realised it was raw. When Icalled to complain they offered to make me a new one and assured me I wouldn?t get sick. So I am keeping the hamburger andbringing this complaint to the health department. I have also been given the wrong food at this location and touched the foodrealising it wasn?t mine so handed it back then they proceeded to give it to the right customer after I had touched the food.This McDonald?s is absolutely horrible. With having kids I build up point pretty quick Ive never been more disappointed with an interaction. I ordered a chicken nuggets... happy meal With my points that I had accrued she added another kids meal I explained to her I only needed one & I was going touse my points she became rude then it took 15-20 minutes for the happy meal when i get home all they Gave me was the chickennuggets & a toy no chocolate milk or fries my kid is autistic so he has to have things a particular way & because he didn't havethe whole meal he wouldn't eat I don't understand why she behaved in such a manner her attitude at the window made me feel likeshe did it out of spite do better!
