Somebody needs to be in the eating area cleaning up this place! I was in there today and it was disgusting!! And why in the... world are these workers NOT wearing freaking gloves after touching the register, handling cash and then putting food in the bagswithout gloves! Literally the worst McDonald?s experience I?ve ever had. This place is pathetic. I ordered through the app, which is supposed to... be faster but it took literally 20 minutes to get my order of a couple burgers, fries, and soda. The food was barely edible -meat very overcooked, burger ingredients in the wrong order, fries had obviously been sitting out for a very long time (veryhard). They had no ice and the sodas were flat. The place was gross, with trash everywhere. When I came up and was obviouslylooking at the food pick up area, one of the 2 employees was just chilling at one of the booths next to me. It took at least afew minutes for her to get up and I?m guessing go and start my order. There was another employee who stood at the front (nothelping with the order at all) even though there were no other customers for at least 10 minutes. This was insane. I love me some mcdonald but this is not the place to go. They drowned my sandwich in the spicy sauce and everything was just a... mess. Even if you're rushing and just want some fast food, I wouldn't recommend this location. The staff wasn't friendly either,they just wanted to get it over with. Read more

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Allow me to explain. To deal with such atrocities I usually relieve my stress by describing my... experience with far too many off color and insulting jokes. In this case I am left to describe the terrible work habits and thefilth of the McDonalds in Layton Walmart. My son and I had done some light shopping and decided to get a ?quick? bite to eat.That would be 2 hamburgers and 2 spicy McChicken's. No special orders. We immediately noticed the overflowing trash cans and thedisgusting floors throughout the restaurant. The spilled garbage around the soda machine, the unwiped surfaces all over therestaurant. The scattered receipts and the stale French fry at the ordering station. The state of the entire restaurant wascompletely unwelcoming and nasty, Our regular order took 20 minutes to receive. We got home only to find loose French fries inthe bottom of the bag. We didn?t order fries. These fries were smart. They were trying to escape. To use the excuse of being?short staffed? or short handed is inexcusable in this case, when there are 2 employees standing around doing nothing and therestaurant was not at all busy. It was as if I had to interrupt their leisure time to get my simple order. I was not greeted buthollered at from behind the unwiped plexiglas. This restaurant has weaponized inefficiency, bad manners, and wouldn?t know awashcloth and mop if it slapped them in the face. Sadly, this is not the only McDonald?s location where I had this similarexperience. McDonalds, what happened? How the mighty have fallen! The once most successful amazing fast food restaurant servingbillions of satisfied happy customers has become a washed up has-been, a depressing distant memory of what once was. Not onlydoes it show in your restaurant but also in the morale of your workers. My first job was at McDonalds. And I don?t remember itever being like this. We worked our tails off for minimum wage! This was my second remake ridiculous . When it comes to my health it?s a different story now your putting me at risk. My first... order I waited in line for 15 minutes for it to come out cold . I patiently waited in the drive through again and this is whatthey gave me . I instantly gagged and spit it out the blood and the texture made me sick to my stomach . One of the dirtiest and slowest McDonald's I've been to. Atmosphere sucks as it's inside Walmart. Service does not come with a... smile, and your food won't be made as you ordered it... Might be decent to stop in if all you wanted was a soda. Read more
