We love the food! We have always had good experiences with MO Bettahs in Bountiful. This last visit in Layton was different. ... We went around 6:45 pm on a Friday night so there was a long line to order which we expected. After my order, they ran out ofgrilled chicken. My husband wasn't able to get what he wanted. He ordered pork and steak instead. When we got to the cashier, my husband told them he didn't want to be charged extra for steak since they ran out of chicken. The cashier said they werecharging him extra anyway. My husband was not happy about that. I know this is a fairly new location. They ought to trainstaff how to discount a meal when something goes wrong or at least give extra reward points or a coupon for the next meal tocompensate. I will still go back, but my husband is a bit soured on the whole experience. Read more

I took my brother here for his birthday, we will definitely be coming to this location again.I love the one in Bountiful, so I wanted to see how it compared, and I was just as happy with both locations. 10/10 wouldrecommend. Convenient yummy dinner on a Friday night. Love a place that has a dive thru, the employee working the window was very... friendly. Their fountain drink machine was down, but he offered me a canned or bottled drink at no additional cost. Food tastedamazing too! Read more
I ordered my food 3 hours early and they said that they would have it done a certain time. When I got there I told them that I... ordered online and the staff said ?ok? and continued to stand there. I asked if it was done and he said no. I asked if he wasgoing to get it started and he just stood there. After another 20 minutes go by I asked another staff member and she gave me adirty look and started throwing our food everywhere. She was very disrespectful and since she kept throwing everything I barleyhad anything in the containers. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I recommend going to a different location. First time here! I've wanted to go here for a while now, finally took the plunge. I was pleased overall, they have fast service... and great tasting food going for them. The meat was a little fatty, but very tasty. We did find a weird ear looking cartilagepiece in our pork, but no biggie. Wow ?flavor explosion in my mouth. Oh the Mac Salad, Rice, Steak and Pork are the best. Love all three types of chicken also.... Clean store. Friendly employees that seem happy to help you.
