I placed an online order and went to pick it up. The order had one pizza and a cinnamon wheel. The wheel wasn't present in the... pick up area and the staff informed me they had none. This is quite confusing as my card was charged for this. When I asked fora refund I was informed that only managers have that ability. The young lady working the register really inspired confidence bysaying ,"Don't worry I'll tell my manager!" How shameful that a business will not only charge you for unavailable items, butthat their employees are not empowered to even process refunds. I am certain that my name and item to be refunded, recorded onscrap paper and pen will really solve this issue. This is a failure on management for not empowering employees, failure by theworker for horrible customer service and failure in business processes for allowing things to happen that never should occur inthe first place. Where is the pineapple? My husband ordered me a pizza where the only topping was pineapple, with extra pineapple. Can you find... it? I've seen far more on my normal order of a Hawaiian pizza from here. Normally y'all are awesome. I am going to chalk this upto someone working tonight having a vendetta against the amazingness of pineapple on pizza. Or someone not using the one cupmeasure to portion out at the very least the correct amount on the recipe card for this particular ingredient. Glad I happen tohave a random can of pineapple chunks in the cupboard tonight. But please do better next time, I implore of you. ???? Read more

I have been coming here for several years and highly recommend this location. The staff are polite, the order is always correct,... and the store is always clean. I was recently impressed when I came on a busy Tuesday night (gotta get that $10 5-toppinglarge!) and they had 4-5 staff members building pizzas and another staff member sanitizing touch points. All the staff had masksand gloves on which is a big deal to me. Read more

Staff is super helpful, and polite. Shop is clean. Love that in addition to the written instructions that come with the pizza,... staff also give verbal instructions, with a smile. The Rustic Veggie pizza is amazing, and it's become a family tradition to getthe Jack-o-Lantern pizza at least once in October. Wow, amazing Papa Murphy's location!! Very clean on the inside, well stocked with lots of drink options and sides, and a lot of... seating area if you need it! The staff was very friendly and helped us right away. We got the chicken garlic pizza with baconand artichokes (because we also love the chicken bacon artichoke, and couldn't choose between them haha!) And we also got themade from scratch 5 cheese bread(which in our opinion is far superior to the one that just called cheese bread that looks like apizza!) And my it was delicious.
