The location and staff are great. The pricing is fair. My main complaint is that the pizza just isn't that good. I feel like it... used to be better tasting. I feel like, if Pizza Pie Cafe were to put additional focus on making their food better, they'deasily be a four star experience. I wouldn't come during high school lunch hour. Those boys destroy the buffet leaving few options ???? Typical buffet food. No... pizza tastes that great, just there to fill you up for a cheap price. Salad bar was good. Desert pizza was overwhelming sugary,but it was good for a few bites. Truly this places isn't for me. My daughter requested we eat there for her birthday, so what doya do? The pizza was of the quality one would expect from a pizza buffet. Decent pizza, and as much as you could want. The dessert... pizzas were quite good though. They had like 5 different types. We liked the cookie dough pizza the most. Salad bar, while nothuge, was a decent selection and quite tasty as well. Had pretty much all the popular selections and dressings. We got a littlebit of pasta for our baby, with cheese sauce. We tried a little and there was almost no flavor to the sauce. It was the mostdisappointing food item we tried. The drink machines were nice, with the option to add cherry, mango, or vanilla to any of thedrinks, with mango being the unique choice. The biggest concern we had were that multiple of the "clean" dishes had dried foodstuck to them. So I docked them a star for that. Overall, especially if they don't out out dirty plates, the place is worthgoing to. Price was reasonable, food was worth the price, and has lots of options for kids. Read more
My kids love it here. The Oreo dessert pizza is by far their favorite although it hasn?t been there the last couple times we... went. The workers are very pleasant- and stay plenty busy! Especially on Friday and Saturday nights. It?s PACKED! The cooks doa nice job of keeping enough pizza and pasta out for customers to choose from. The salad seems pretty fresh with a good amountof different toppings to choose from. The bathrooms- well the last time we went there, the women?s bathroom was disgusting andI quickly walked out when I saw how dirty it was. We went there on a Friday night though so it was understandably very busy andmaybe they?re short staffed and couldn?t keep up on the bathrooms? I was confronted with amazement when I first arrived, they had things that opened and closed, and a place to sit down at. The... people were friendly and welcoming, they said words I've never heard before. My brain was overwhelmed with knowledge I gainedthat day. Never before was I served such amazing colors. I was learning new things, I never knew pizza took so long to get,until I began to cry, when they came back with pasta as well, I drooled. We have tried using Pizza Pie Cafe for our school reward celebrations each month. Today marks the second time they have... forgotten to deliver our eight pizzas. Not only were they an hour late, but the owner dared to delivered this masterpiece. Yes,it did taste about as bad as it looks. It had to have been pretty busy prior to us coming in, a lot of the pizzas were gone but the employees were doing there best to... keep up with the crowds. So aside for having to wait awhile for pizzas to finish cooking I was still able to get salad and pastawhich were both very good. The salad bar had just been freshly stocked up and was very clean and delicious! Kids always lovecoming here even if they had to wait for pizza. Read more
