I have NEVER had to go through so many hoops to buy a pretzel. 1. The price for a normal twisty pretzel isn't even listed. 2.... The person taking our order was so quiet I couldn't hear him. 3. Trying to order 2 pretzels and cheese was like pulling teeth.Spent $9 on 2 pretzels and cheese and the pretzels were the skinniest, worst excuse for a pretzel I'd ever seen. The only reasonI give 2 stars instead of 1 is because the pretzel tasted pretty good. Otherwise, I wouldn't stop here for any reason everagain. Whoever was training the person at the POS was incredibly rude and needs to be trained in decent management. She wasyelling at the kid in front of customers. That should NEVER happen. This location sucks most days? the pretzels are always good but the service is always terrible! Waited for about 5 minutes for... one of the four ladies there to even acknowledge me just to tell me to hold on for another probably five minutes? they weresuper slow with everything they were doing? even the three Chinese places in the good court are nicer then any employees at thislocation? I usually love this place. But recently their staff has become incompetent. If your store hours are 11-5 or 12-6 then be open... and ready for orders at those times! I have a somewhere to be at 12:30 and I stopped for some pretzels for the meeting at 12.They were PREPPING to open and refused to even talk to me before 12:20pm. We ordered some pretzel bites, their system charged us twice. Thanks to text alerts we caught it before we left. They refused to... take care of it on the spot, flippantly insisting that the extra charge would fall off on its own and never get beyond pending.3 days later, not only did the charge remain but after spending a bunch of time trying to reach them, my husband had to driveall the way back to the store to get refunded. I hate writing bad reviews but this one is justified. I took my little brother for a quick treat and this place was awful. We... waited 25 minutes for a large cup of pretzel bites. There were 9 other people who got their pretzels AND smoothies before we gotours. We told the workers and they laughed and said oops. We have tried pretzel bites from several different stores and always come back to Pretzelmaker as the best. We ordered the big... box this time (comes w/six sauces) and it was a lot of pretzel bites! There were three of us and we didn't finish the box.Definitely the way to go if you are ordering for a group. We love their cinnamon sugar bites as well. The best!
