Mango Lassi was solid (wanna try the rose Lassi next time) GARLIC NAAN GARLIC NAAN GARLIC NAAN????????? they bake pieces of cilantro in it and it\'s absurd!\n\nThe shrimp in the Tikka Masala was huge and has nice bite toit. The spice levels were pretty light (mild and medium) gonna get spicier next time. The rice wasn\'t as flavorful and a bittoo fluffy for me but not bad by any means.\n\nThis place is fantastic and all the servers were so kind and attentive! Absolutely delicious!!! If you like Indian food this is the place to go. After checking the reviews I noticed that they had a... 4.9 rating so I went in hoping for the best but kind of expecting something less, but these guys, wow, totally knocked it out ofthe park!! 5 Stars from me all day long!!! Amazing food, and the servers were super attentive, friendly and extremelycourteous!! Would definitely eat here again! Great restaurant, super clean too. You\'d be a fool not to try Red Fort Cuisine of India if you\'re in the Layton, UT area. I had the vegetable samosa, a mango... lemonade, the chicken Tikka masala, and finally the rice pudding. This was my first time having Indian food and WOW, Red Fort did not disappoint! The staff was super friendly, the restaurant was... clean and the atmosphere was really nice. The food came out quickly and every single thing we tried was absolutely delicious! Ihad the butter chicken and my husband had the curry chicken, we also shared the vegetable samosas which were so good. The Indiancoffee and Fort Like were also really good. I have nothing bad to say. At 44 I?m pretty mad at myself for not trying Indian foodbefore now, but I will definitely be making up for that in the near future. I already can?t wait to go back. Read more

This was my first ever experience eating authentic made-from-scratch Indian Food. It was a million times better than I thought... it could be. I went with my Best Friend and it was his first time as well and he loved it. I went home and made my own homemadecurry dish two days later. Still not close to compare to Layton Red Fort. The Staff was super friendly and provided fantasticservice. Clean and warm environment. Will definitely recommend to everyone. And go often. Read more

Our first experience was great. Their level of \"hotness\" per dish is on point. We did both mild and medium heat on dishes and... they were perfect. The customer service is great and they are very kind and help.\n\nI certainly would recommend this place. Theprices were a bit high for the amount of food we get at other Indian places so if you are looking for quantity, but maybe lessquality, you may want to try another place.\n\nWe will be back for sure. What an incredible meal! Red Fort is my new favorite place in Layton! We shared the Snacks appetizer, the Chicken Tikka Masala... and the Butter Chicken, and the only thing wrong was that I didn\'t have enough room for all of it!
