Service was decent. Although, it would be more inviting with a smile and welcoming body language. Hosts were too busy chatting... and arguing on placement of customers, even though it wasn't busy...sheesh. The outstanding dish was definitely the salmon andBrussel sprouts in soy and ginger. The waitresses/ waiters are absolutely awesome, if I was rating this solely on them it would be 5 stars all day but I am rating... this on experience and food, that being said, here we go. My husband ordered the seafarers plater which looked great on themenu, I went with the create your own option (unfortunately you definitely don't get what you pay for) my husband's meal wasdefinitely lacking in flavor enough so that he asked for a couple extra cocktail sauces to give it flavor and the lobster tailwas maybe an inch to an inch and a half long and overly done. It was very rubbery unfortunately. My options were the create yourown with a steak, salmon and rice. I asked for a medium well steak and recieved something closer to a chewy leather, they werevery sweet to redo the steak as she wasn't sure how to remove it from the bill (literally 1 bite out of it so either way wasfine with me) The sweet waitress brought me LOTS of lemons with my order which I loved, and the salmon was amazing with thelemons, the portions were extremely small however which was disappointing to say the least. The potato was fine, it's a potato,and the dinks were very watered down lemonade. I know inflation is a thing and some portions seem to be getting smaller butwasn't expecting THIS much smaller. I would love to say that maybe it's the economy and it's possibly their food sourcing buthonestly it seems like this location has just steadily gone down all around for the last couple of years. We use to love cominghere but it just seems the last few times we have been here over the last couple of years it is just worse and worse. For 2meals, 2 drinks (lemonade) and 1 appetizer (stuffed mushrooms) it was over $120 not including tip and we didn't order evenremotely close to the most expensive entrées. Read more

Endless Shrimp was back at Red Lobster, so my wife and I decided to faten ourselves up. This year, 2022, they put the Alfredo... Shrimp back on with the promotion. Service started out slow but our man quickly man up for with fast, attentive service. Thislocation is in need of a revamp or remodel. The carpet is heavily stained through out the restaurant, and the booths have seenbetter days. The food was great, well prepared and service timing was on par for the middle of dinner rush. My family had a wonderful experience here. Our server was amazing and we really enjoyed the food. I had endless shrimp and ate... way more than I should have. It's a rare occurrence when you can get good food and good service on the same visit, especiallynowadays. It's a bit pricey and my family wasn't celebrating any special occasion but it was a great evening and I'm lookingforward to coming back. Oddly enough, they don't have hush puppies here. Come on...a seafood restaurant without hush puppies,really? The cheddar biscuits are really good, though. Red Lobster... If you are reading this... Please bring back the broiledfisherman's platter. Came in late after spending all day at Lagoon. Host and server were absolutely amazing, a million times better service then our... local Red Lobster back at home. Drinks, food, everything was great. Couldn’t have asked for a better dinner out with friendsafter a long eventful day. This has always been a good location. Food and service are both great!

Food was ok what we expected it to be. Service wasn't the best never got asked once if we needed water. Or was checked on again... from the time we got our food till it was time to pay and leave. I can think of alot of other places I'd rather eat for $80 fortwo people. Read more

All things considered, this really was a good meal. We had plenty of food and the service was great. The only thing that wasn't... as good as I thought it was going to be was the lobster. Maybe I'm just not a total fan of it, but it seemed a little bit on thechewy side for me. However, I love crab and shrimp scampi so I was able to get my fix there. Read more
