We go to Swig once a week and so far every time they have gotten something wrong with the order (wrong flavor, wrong size, not... sugar-free, extra drinks, not enough drinks, wrong water, etc.). We come here a lot, my wife is addicted. I don't understand how there is a wait at all, they are only serving drinks, I feel... like if they had an "In-n-out/Chik-fil-a" work ethic, they could slam drinks and keep the drive-thru line down. The only reasonI'm leaving a star off is because they ask you for your loyalty number and once you place your order they say "would you like touse the card on file?" and you say yes, they say ok and you are on your way, convenient? Sure... But I could use just aboutanyone's loyalty number or the other way around, someone could use my loyalty number, and order drinks off the card on file. I'msure they tell their employees that the customer needs to verify the last 4 digits of the card, which they do sometimes, usuallythey don't. Read more
