I ordered to-go at 7pm, for a pick-up time of 8pm. Got to the restaurant at 750pm, waited outside in the rain, and had them... check on the order twice, until 840pm. Watched the girl bag the order after sitting on the counter for 5 minutes, and shedropped one of the boxes. Like, completely flipped upside down and land on the top type drop. She proceeded to pick it up, shakeit around, and put it in the bag. Finally gave me the order. 45 minutes AFTER it was supposed to be ready. Got it home, and my"8oz salmon" was 6.2 oz. Read more
My Meal was amazing and cooked perfectly and the staff was well done and answered every question I had.
I was thoroughly impressed with this one. After stopping at a nearby (different)eatery, and standing for a while waiting to be... noticed, we left and went to this Texas Roadhouse. We were immediately greeted with a smile and waited less than a minute to beseated. The young man who seated us was nice, the waiter was nice, but what impressed me the most is that the store managercame over with some small tastes of a few of their in house made goodies. She thanked us for stopping there, then later cameback with a bag of peanuts and a coupon for a free appetizer then next time we stop in. Her personal attention made me want togo back for sure! All around great experience, and the food was delicious. I love catfish, and theirs was very fresh. It was apleasure to stop there. I wish the other stores would learn from this one! Read more

Always delicious whether it’s dine in, delivery or take out. Steaks are perfectly cooked to order, the shrimp is fresh, salads... are crisp and the entrees are large. Scrumptious rolls with honey butter given with each order. Full bar with tv’s in centerof restaurant. Call ahead for faster seating. Very good service. Read more

Awful experience. Last time I came, it was awful, too. Thought it was gonna be better. Nope. It was even worse than last time.... The only good things were the bread and the lemonade. Pretty much all salt. The steak was salty. The baked potato was LOADEDwith salt. The server was pretty nice yet we got there straight when they opened and there was still a 20 minute wait? We have ordered both in house dining and online take away. Usually food is on time and good. However, this past weekend we... ordered early afternoon. Food was to be ready at 4:30. At 4:45 asked where food was and was told they had lost the ticket inthe kitchen. So they re-took information for the order and said it would be ready in 15 min. Turns out there were two otherpeople with their orders in the same lost state. After 20 min went back to the window from waiting in the car to check on theorder. Still not close to ready. Was told sorry, "I just work here". Other two were waiting on their orders too. I asked tosee manager to find out what was going on. Manager came about 5 minutes later and said the order was still being worked on andwould be a few more minutes. Now it was 45 minutes past original time the order was to be ready. The manager came back againafter a few minutes and offered a coupon for a "Dinner for Two" with a value of $30 maximum. Interesting because we were justgetting two steak dinners and both were more than $30 each. Finally at 5:25 the order came. Food was OK, but not even up toprior standards. Service was terrible. Just kept saying they were busy. However, It was about as busy as I had witnessed everytime before. So, just an excuse. Read more
