The service has been absolutely horrendous the last 2 times I've gone there. Fool me twice, shame on me. Will never go back to... this location. On top of the staff being the most unfriendly I've ever encountered, they will charge you extra if you get yoursauce on the side. Even though sauce comes on your chicken, and you get a ranch for your fries or veggies, they still charged meextra for both. and then STOOD BY THIS when I tried to dispute. Unreal. Much better than the last three visits! New assistant manager in place and besides being very professional he's committed to... getting you the order the way you want it. Understands what the customer wants is what the customer should get. Not wingssitting in grease, overcooked, barely hot over saturated with seasoning and excuses. Time will tell. Read more
Our first time eating at this location. When I got there, there was not a soul in sight. I even called out to the back and ended... up waiting an extra 10 minutes till the 2 workers came back (no clue what they were doing). We tried the thigh bites and theywere very disappointing, the spicy honey rub ones barely had any seasoning so I added some of my own. They were also more friedbread than chicken. Honestly, this is like my third time experiencing this with the night crew. It?s like when it comes to me they take their time... taking my order, handing it to me, and even just making sure that it?s quality food. Tonight I had to ask for my fries to becooked well just for them to be cooked properly. Then the guy that was on the register around 6:50-7:20(none of them wearname-tags), walked past my order about 15x in a span of 10 minutes, as he saw me, standing there, waiting on my order. I justfeel like the only time i?ve had a good wingstop trip was when the store manager was there. literally. just a waste of money andtime. Read more
