Ordered the family special. They let me know the fountain drinks weren't working and they didn't have 2 liters. After getting my... order and asking to sub it for 2 smaller drinks, they wanted to charge me MORE. Why am I paying full price when I didn't receiveeverything on the order?! And for $40!!! Read more
It saddens me to have to reduce my rating for this establishment. First I want to say that it is nice to have a nice pizza... restaurant in such a small town. The pizza there, while pricey, is actually really tasty and the ingredients are high qualityand seem fresh. The establishment is clean, and welcoming. I have only a couple of issues. I don't mind waiting a bit for myorder, but my recent visit was a bit extreme. They estimated a 30 minute wait, but when I arrived to pick up the phone order,they had not even begun to fill the order. It was another 30 minutes before I got my food. If I was told that it would be anhour to get my food on the phone I would have been fine. I would have just showed up in an hour. Also of note that they leftcustom toppings off. I'm assuming we were charged for them. It wasn't busy, and I really don't know why they seemed surprisedthat I showed up to pick up my order in the time they said that it would be ready. We have tried this Pizza Factory several times, but now we're done. Last time we ordered from them we were charged extra for a... half and half pizza, which we've never dealt with when ordering from any other pizza place. Then they gave the wrong pizza. Ok,sure mistakes happen. Unfortunately the kids already took their slices before we realized the mistake. We decided to call andlet them know they gave us the wrong pizza, especially since we paid more for the half topping. The guy working there said hewas sorry, but asked me to bring it back cause we could "switch it" with our pizza since the people who ordered that oneweren't there yet! Now this is a HUGE issue since I'm pretty sure that violates food codes. Even if you return sealed food froma store they cannot resale it. I let him know that the kids already got to it and NOTHING! Like no "let me make the right onefor you" or "next time you'll get the pizza you ordered for free" NOTHING!!! Just "alright, sorry about that. Bye." Aside fromthe poor customer service and inconsistent quality in their pizzas, I'm concerned about the food swapping. Read more
We always enjoy raking a little drive out to LeGrand to have pizza here. We took our neighbors with us on this trip. This was... right before this current lock down. So we were able to dine on the patio. We all had a great time and the pizza was delicious,as it always is. Called ahead to have our pizza waiting for us. It was delicious, the salad bar was very fresh and beers ice cold. Great customer... service and the place was very clean. Def coming back here!! Read more

Great freshly made pizza, pricing is a bit much but the quality is excellent. This place is a great hang out spot with an... indoor arcade corner. Indoor/outdoor seating is available. Kid friendly space with lots of room for kids to play. Read more
