Bruh if I could rate it -10 I straight would. Ordered a western bacon cheeseburger, bacon is like undercooked, barely any bbq... sauce almost none at all, and my boyfriend didn?t get the right burger, asked for bbq sauce and ranch, got a whole lot ofketchup and honey mustard. Filled our cups w mainly ice, when I was reading the bad reviews I thought hm weird bc usually thisplace has been pretty good to us but nah, not this time. Went through the drive through, ordered 3 roast beefs, a 3 piece combo chicken meal, a peaches and cream pie and 3 chocolate... chip cookies. Nothing too complicated. After a 10 minute wait, we were asked to pull ahead, they were waiting on chickenstrips, it would be about 3 minutes. Pulled ahead and waited another 15 minutes. No one ever came out. So went in, and therewas a feeble apology for the wait. Get the order and they messed it up with a ham and cheese, instead of a roast beef. Totalticket time before we got the food 29 minutes. Had 8 people working at the time. Definitely need training in efficiency andcustomer service. Won't be going back. ........ Got the cut and paste response from the owner directing me to the corporatewebsite a month and a half after the incident. I did take the time to fill out their corporate complaint form. Not looking forany type of refund, just hope that the owner and manager takes more time to train, staff properly or improve service. Not veryhopeful when it takes over month and a half to respond to a complaint. I wish them the best, but definitely not planning ongoing back anytime soon. Read more
I went through this Hardees at 10:42:09. I ordered a bacon cheese burger and small fries. I was in drive-through. The fries... quite possibly were left-overs from the previous day that they made an attempt to re-heat. I put them in my air frier when Igot home. I mentioned at least 4 times that I wanted NO pickles!! I took 4 off my hamburger that was lukewarm. Probablywon't go back there again. Read more

Have gone through this location twice in the hopes that is a one time mess up the first time. ???? two strikes. First visit, I... ordered a burger fries combo, upgraded to a shake. Got home with order and realized they didn?t put the fries in the bag. Itried calling them. The guy that answered the phone began yelling for Abby. He said he was super busy and I could tell he wasoverwhelmed. I told him no worries and hung up. Decided to visit again a few weeks later. Order burger fries combo with icednon sweet tea. Iced tea came with no ice. Fries were from the bottom of the drawer. Small bits and pieces. The burger wascold. Truly cold. Not sure I will go back. Read more

Wrong order again. 2nd time in a week. This place is filthy and the "manager" acts like a high schooler. One of the employees... walked in the front door, went to the fry station and started filling fry orders, without washing his hand, in his streetclothes.
