My son and I Were having issues with the kiosk so my son and I tried to get the attention of the workers only to be Ignored,... brushed off and Blantonly disrespected by workers looking at us, yet not acknowledging us until I finally got loud was I ableto catch the attention of 1 worker who rudley stated hold on I said "that's fine but instead of just looking at me any of theother worker's could have talk to me" he said they don't know how to work the registers then I said that's fine they could haveanswered he said they don't speak english. That is when I told my son let's go and left. We stood there waiting before leavingfor around 15 minutes without having anyone respond the the help button on kiosk and/or my verbal request. It was horribleservice for a place we frequently come to, but not anymore. I explained to my son that if he ever happens to be employed at anyestablishment where there is interactions with customers, I would hope this experience has taught him to be courteous andrespectful to people. . Stopped at the Le Mars, IA location and had ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal for my 5 year old. Down the road we... figure out instead of nuggets we got a box of goop. Not happy!!! Either was my 5 year old. Read more
Food was slightly warm the tea was completely sour tasted like it had cleaning chemicals in it the caramel frap was watered down... it tasted like honestly one of the worst ones I been to for tea and caramel frap. Evening/ night McDonald's continues to get worse...lack of staff or staff that just doesn't care, food is horrible, lack of... healthier options, disgusting establishment, long waits...it's my last option usually in the evenings. I gave a 2 starredemption because the day staff is much better...I just don't eat there often during the day but food is fresher, staff isfriendly, and the whole establishment runs smoother...it should NOT be that drastic of a change from day to night. Last 3 times in the early mornings I went, wrong orders, wrong stuff, not what I ordered at all. I'm done with this place,... forget this mc'd, until it pays its workers good too so they actually care about working again. Tonight they have the lineslightly covered so I drive past and a worker comes out to tell me they aren't serving.... Awesome... Strike 4. Only place openin town ain't even open... Worst-McDonalds-ever. And it is consistently bad- over the past several years I still have yet to have a good experience. ... Decided to give them another try this morning after not visiting for about 6 months. Arrived in the drive through at 6:38am,with only 1 car ahead of me at the window. I placed my order (only having to yell it at them 3 times since they "couldn't hearme"), and then got up to the window. Quickly paid and got my drink, but then wait. At 6:54am (about 15 minutes after I made itto the window), it opens and I think I'm finally about to get my food. But lo and behold- the employee says they are waiting oneggs, and that I need to pull forward. I am literally their only customer for the past 15 minutes- were they waiting for thechicken to hatch the egg? I told them I was done waiting as I had 6 minutes to make it to work. They told me to wait a fewmore minutes, but I just drove off. Thank goodness Discover is good with disputing charges- definitely filing a dispute to getmy money back. I could see if this was an occasional experience here and there, but this has been a poor visit every time Icome. So if I were you, I would choose ANY other place in Le Mars to eat. This place definitely earns a 1 star or evennegative star review over the past several years, and I'd feel ashamed if I worked here or owned this store. Read more
Bad service, food is stale, and restaurant is always dirty. Went this morning at 7:30 to eat in for breakfast and even though... both online and their door said they opened at 6 am, the doors were locked and they refused to open them. Definitely the worstMcDonald?s I?ve been to. Read more
