Love their bread always fresh very generous with condiments
Employee would not make sandwhich the way I asked. I wanted it toasted, but they are "not allowed" to toast wraps. I have heard... this at other subway locations, but I reassure the worker that I'm okay if it bubbles up when toasted. This is the first timethe employee refused. I will never return to this location. The customer is always right, and my soggy wrap was disappointing. Read more
The LeMars store has exceptionally great staff; friendly and efficient!
I called 2 days prior to my daughter's birthday party to get a party sub. The employee gave me all the wrong information... including the price, how many people it would feed, and how much of a notice they needed. He told me I had to call the daybefore. I called Friday at 2:20 to get the sandwich on Saturday at 1. It was very obvious the assistant manager didn't want todo because I hadn't called exactly 24 hours before hand (I was never told to and I specifically asked the night prior). Shedidn't seem like she really cared about my situation and I was really upset at how unsympathetic she was to the fact that I nowhad to add another thing to my list to do because she didn't train her employees correctly and give them the right information.I will never spend any money in this store again. Great subway only if you get the girl with the red hair! She does a great job with my food and I know I?ll have a good... experience if she is working. The other employees could use work on how to make stuff, putting actual veggies on, and chargingcorrectly. One girl always over charges me for my food and another lady always under fills my wrap. Good food. Good service. Frustrated that there is a huge sign on the door and it's posted on your website that masks are... required but there is no attempt to enforce it. Next time I walk out. Also one of the workers did not have their nose covered.Please enforce your own rules as I would like to continue to be a customer. Thank you. Read more
