Love their midnight roast, served just right, not too hot to drink.
Was charged 1.00 extra for butter. Usually don?t get charged at other DD. Didn?t get it. Dry sandwich. Complained to corporate... and got a call from local store. Left them a return message and no reply. I don?t ask for extra butter any more. Read more

I ordered two bagles and two donuts at the drive thru. The lady read the order back to me at the speaker and I corrected her... because it was incorrect. She said okay pull forward. I got my food and exited the parking lot and realized one of my bagels wasincorrect. I also counted my change and she shorted me 2 cents. I couldn?t turn around because I was running late. Whoever made our drinks is absolutely amazing!! Dunkin is usually a miss but they were absolutely delicious
Update, tried this dunkin one more time. As you can see in the photo, they completely burnt my sandwhich. Never going here... again. Worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Hot coffee is either cold or not made right. Iced coffee is always way too bitterbecause they do not make it the way they're trained to. Wouldn't even bother with their food.. Read more
I just moved in down the road and was excited because I lived so close to a Dunkin. coffee is fine, but Unfortunately, the... staff can't take an order properly to save their life. Don't know if it's bad equipment but they always have to read it backand I need to correct them just to have it still not right once I get it. 2) I swear the food is never cooked all the waythrough. Weather it's egg wraps or bagels, None of them ever seem cooked enough. I'm not A fan of having oily residue left on myegg wraps when they get cooked normally at every other Dunkin. All in all it's a shame.
