First of all, the prices here are ridiculous! Ordered 5 meals, came upward of $66! Airport prices are better than this! The... gentlemen on the drive through speaker did a great job getting the order correct. Then, two of my quarter pounder meals did nothave the bacon we paid for nor any napkins. Since this location is a rest stop, turning around is a hassle. After getting to thewindow, it took about two minutes of blowing the horn and trying to flag someone down before someone came to the window. Afterexplaining I had no bacon they brought back my sandwichs with no bacon again! They didn't even bother making the burgercorrectly, they just asked if they came bring the bacon on the side. I had an order of 2 chicken sandwich and a happy meal for kids. I noticed that the employee put ice in the drink and told her I... don't want ice , remove it please so she got angry and threw the drink and brought another drink without ice and left and didnot complete the order for me and I kept waiting until another employee intervened and asked her to complete the order for meand thanked her and she left. The first employee's behavior was impolite and disrespectful, She put ice in the drink withoutasking me and her impolite manner of treatment. Typical McDonald's food with typical high NY Thruway prices. Seemed to be low on staff but those that were there did a good job... of keeping things moving. Will likely stop here again on our way through the area. Read more
