Ordered food for my wife and i. Got food home the whole order was made wrong. Called and spoke to some so called manager named... Amy, said she would replace the whole order, just to come back and say she said it was okay. Went the next day, spoke with Amyagain, this time she said she would only replace only two sandwiches, not the whole order. When we said you said the other day,you would replace the whole order, Amy said o don't have time to deal with this now, throw the order at us, practically andslammed the window. The food was good but I still believe that Hardee's is slightly little overpriced. Service was good as I came through around... 9:00 p.m. on a Tuesday night. It looks like there was only two in the store at the time but they were still able to keep theline moving. Read more
This is the third time in 2 months I ordered my food in the drive thru. Told to go park in in a space on the side for them to... bring my food. No one else is behind me to order. Waited 20 minutes an went inside my food was just sitting there COLD on thecounter. Got my money back and went to Sonic. Never going back again. Horrible management at this establishment!!! Ordered a loaded omlette biscuit and substituted the biscuit with a croissant. The omlette was so thin and had maybe two chunks... of cold meat in it and the croissant was severely burnt. Unfortunately after speaking with an employee I left even moredissatisfied with how my complaint was addressed. We received very friendly service in the drive thru on Sunday morning. We ordered breakfast and the potatoes were nice and hot... when we received our order and the food was delicious! If we're ever in the area again and need a quick bite we will bereturning to this location! Read more
Excellent staff. We came in to dine around 925p.m. they were short staffed (just 2 workers) but did a great job and were very... friendly. Brought our freshly cooked food out to us at our table and asked what sauces we would like , if any. Then broughtthose back to us. I highly recommend Leadington Hardee's. Read more
The bacon on the burger wasn't cooked all the way it was still rubber. The ranch we got for us to dip our fries in tasted like... flavored mayo. The only thing decent was the fries and the drink. Read more
