We were there this past Sunday, 4 employees, we could see they were understaffed. Took a seat a dirty table and stacked all... dirty dishes for waitress. Waited as restaurant started to clear out. Waitress finally got our coffee and wiped down table,probably close to 15 minutes later she took our order. Waited, waited finally asked the other waitress to check on our orderas people coming in after us were already eating. Come to find out our waitress never put our order in! So close to 50 minuteslater we got up and left. Well we found our waitress out back with one of the cooks smoking, we said something to her and theyboth made a big joke of it. You put signs up for customers to be patient and when we are we get laughed at. Read more
Horrible. Had to send my pancakes back twice. The first order was badly burned, and the other was still liquid on the... inside. You couldn't pay me to return. Read more
Too cold. Air temp is ridiculous.its August and you have to wear a jacket to eat. Food is always great but ice cold before you... can finish it. You feel like you have to inhale it in order to eat while hot and then get outside so you can keep fromshivering. Word to the wise wear a jacket, put a blanket on your baby. I have complained to several waitresses but to no avail.Going somewhere else from now on. We have dined there for several years and it's been this way all summer. Over it. Read more
I love this place. The Food is always good and the Service is outstanding.
Sat there for an hour waiting for food. Then watched the cooks with no gloves on touch the food while flipping and taking it off... the grill. Wasn't satisfied at all. Read more
Did not have onions for my cheeseburger.. the relish was too chunky.. also no pepper juice for my Chilli and no one acknowledged... us to be seated.. my aunt is 89 and needed to be seated asap.. those are all the responsibility of the manager..I would say Read more
The waitresses were nice but I may have gotten someone new.. we waited 40 minutes to get our food with only 4 other people in... the restaurant. The kitchen was slow and inexperienced. Ordered 2 pancakes and only got one that was overcooked, when we askedfor the other it took 15 minutes to get it, this one completely burnt. At this point I told her I didn't want it and we paid andleft. I've never had a pleasant experience with huddle houses. Also, I dont know if they had just waxed, but there was a THICKfilm of residue on the floors to the point where there was no grip and we slid to walk, I was extremely concerned about theelderly people who came in.
