I have to gluten-free for the last 7 years and haven't been to a Subway during this time. I was hungry and thought I'd request... everything that's in a sub to be packed up so I could eat it and they accommodated me. So no bread. I did not have any problems.It's nice to know that I can go to Subway to grab something to eat that is gluten-free.
