We ordered an ice cream cake in advance. When we went inside to pick it up, the girl cooking the breakfast sausages (they are... partnered with dunkin donut) was vaping right there at the skillet while frying sausages. Just vaping big puffs into the airwith Covid 19 out and about. Vaping her vape clouds onto everyone's sausage. We took video too. Freaking disgusting. Later whenwe went home and cut ioen the cake, the taste was mediocre. Tasted like cardboard and cigarettes, and it gave us all diareah.Never coming here again. Read more
I ordered a unicorn cake online for my daughters 7th birthday. We were in a rush to pickup the cake before her birthday dinner... so we didn?t pay much attention to this huge mistake until we got in the car. At that point we didn?t bother going back in tomake them aware. I really can?t believe they let this go out the door. Birthday was spelled on the cake ?Brith Day?. On top ofthat, the colors were completely off from what it looked like online. On the bright side, it still taste good and that?s all mydaughter really cared about. I have visited this location several times and each time that I have been they have not had mint chocolate chip. Yesterday I... took my in-laws and was very disappointed that they did not have chocolate, vanilla or mint chocolate chip ice cream (again!). They selected pistachio and almond ice cream but waited until we arrived at our destination to eat their ice cream only to findthat it was not any good. You could see that it was freezer burned. It looked like it was curdled and it had a gritty texture. My father-in-law tasted it and said that even the almonds had a plastic texture. Had we not been a good distance away I wouldhave driven back to return it. I made an attempt to call them to let them know about our order but no one answered the phone. Very disappointed and doubt I will return to this location. Read more
It was okay, they're partnered with Dunkin donuts, they're mocha isn't sweet at all, even when I asked for extra chocolate it... just made it chalkly. They were very patient with us though, which I give them 4 stars for. Read more
FAIL - EVERYTIME!! You never have chocolate chip prepackaged because you want to charge more on scoops and so on. Typical.
