Gotten much better since they cleaned house.
Portions are terrible. Save your money and drive 10 minutes to visit either of the other locations in the area. We have given... this location too many chances hoping it was just a poor server (or two... or three...), but it seems like they train at thislocation to skimp on everything. At any other location your bowl is practically overflowing and borderline difficult to mixtogether, but not here. We paid double for meat here and still got less than a full bowl. There's a Chipotle on Bay Area Blvd,and another on 528 and 518. Go there, trust me you're better off. Read more
I ordered Chipotle tonight for take-out and honestly it was pretty good! I haven?t been to this location in a while, and was... pleasantly surprised by the overall flavor of my chicken bowl. 5/13/2022 - 5:15pm I had placed an online order as I have done many times before. I wanted to redeem my Rewards but the website... kept telling me I am missing an item and all I wanted was an additional side of Guacamole So I went to get my order and I askedthe girl at the window about it , showing her the picture I took with my camera phone, but she just said, I dont know, closedthe window and walked away. I love Chipotle but this location sucks when it comes to portion! I just had an online order delivered and the amount of my... burrito bowl was unbelievable. First time at this location it just opened up. Are food crafter with blue hair is very nice. there were some stuff that was... missing though like the cilantro white rice and the cashier had to make chip. She seem a little frustrated with her coworkers.They where fast and we where in and out. For just opening it seems a little dirty like the men's bathroom had pee on the seatand paper towels on the floor They did have a mobile pick up drive- thru window. Read more
