Walked into this Domino's because I needed a receipt for some pizzas we ordered for work. Well lo and behold after about 15... minutes of looking I found out this was not the one we ordered from. But what I can say is that Isaac did an amazing job ofassisting me by trying to find the receipt from over a month ago. This is what customer service looks like. We ordered pizza on line for delivery. After what seemed like a longer than usual wait, my wife looks on line and it shows it's... been delivered already. She calls the store and they said he went to the wrong address and would deliver to us. After thelong-time that the pizza was out, we thought they would make us some fresh pizzas. No such luck. When the delivery driver cameto the door I asked him about the issues, he of course denied any knowledge of the problems. And said that he just came from thestore with the pizza. So now we are sitting here eating pizza that's been traveling around for more than an hour. We rarelyorder from Dominos because we are always disappointed. But every now and then we will give them another chance, and they neverfail to disappoint. They got one star because you can't give zero stars. Read more
**UPDATED REVIEW** Not sure if they revamped this place completely with new management or what but it sure is different.. in a... BETTER way. Pizza orders have been correct and delivery drivers are on time, smiling and actually personable now. Greatimprovement!!! **ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW** Ordered for delivery and they completely sent the wrong pizza. Called them and it tookthem another 30 minutes to deliver the correct pizza. My family sat waiting with their pizzas until the correct pizza wasdelivered so we could eat together as a family. They could?ve remade all the pizzas and we gladly would?ve given them all thecold and wrong pizzas back. Not the first time we?ve had issues with this location. Took an hour and a half for a delivery... ended up driving over there, because of the long wait, and just picked it up. I have 3... kids and we ordered 2 pizzas at 9:20 delivery didn't come, picked up the pizza at 10:50. Really disappointed, didn't getoffered anything for the inconvenience. Read more
I order from this location a few times a month - the buffalo sauce is usually visual. When I bite into the sandwich I can taste... the buffalo sauce. I called to inform the staff that I was not satisfied with the taste or appearance of my sandwich. Theytried to explain that they measure the sauce and that it was on the sandwich. I told them that I will eat if I have to becauseI did not want to waste my money, but I was not happy at all. They offered to send me another sandwich. Read more
