This location can be hit or miss. The last time we had gone, it took several minutes for someone to respond to the drive thru... speaker. The individual who responded asked us to wait in an unfriendly manner. When taking our order the individual seemedquite distracted. When we got to the window, we paid and got our things to go on our way. However, it was observed that one ofthe three employees seemed to be doing nothing, while leaning on a counter We checked our bag as we were leaving the lot andnoticed that had forgotten two of our items. They were fortunately quick when answering the mic this time and immediatelyapologized giving us the rest of items once at the window. While on the road we noticed the wrong flavor was in one of thedrinks and the other didn't quite taste like it had the requested milk in it. Again, it is hot or miss here. First time at a dunkin' Not too shabby tbh. I had heard multiple times that dunkin' wasn't very good but I thought it was... great. The reason I didn't do 5 ?? is because my order wasn't fully correct but wasn't a big deal at all and the serving sizesof the food were a bit small for the price. HOWEVER... the staff was fun and energetic and the items we ordered were veryyummy. We will be visiting again when in the area. Read more
As if dunkin' donuts isn't awesome enough, this one has a Baskin Robin's ice cream inside it. Donuts and ice cream!!!! Aside... from that they have free wifi and a nice little lounge section for for charging and working. This is the best coffee, donut, icecream shop in the area. Read more

Great Service but?I ordered a bagel with cream cheese & bacon and didn?t get the bacon. It?s not a big deal, but it?s very... frustrating to come all the way and pay for something that I didn?t receive. Sure, it?s just fast food, but it was abreakfast-in-bed treat for my spouse. I order from this location 3-5/per since May. When I order my drinks before 3pm, they're perfect. The drinks I order after that... taste terrible. I order one a few minutes ago, and it literally made me sick, nauseated ???? I called back to inform them andall they said was I'm sorry, no refund or anything. Read more
The young man at the front desk is sooo sweet! (Should have gotten his name smdh). He was so patient when my son couldn't make... up his mind lol. He ended up getting the sherbert and me ice blended coffee! We are both satisfied! Read more
Made a special trip for the pumpkin spice donut which was fantastic! I also got a jelly filled that was dry and hard. Tasted... like it had been around for a while, like left from yesterday. There were also dirty tables with crumbs left on them. Thecashier inside was friendly. The black coffee was good as all plain black coffee should be. Read more
